The big problem with Stallings is he claimed Nick had substantiated ethics complaints against him. I could find no evidence of that, then or now. Those are recorded. It's not very principled to claim a lawyer has been sanctioned, when he hasn't. I certainly would never do it.

However, it'll grant it's possible he and others in KickVic had a more grounded view of the type of person and lawyer Rekieta is. It pains me to say it, but Nick didn't turn out to be the person we all thought he was.
