More importantly, those types of lawsuits work against "relatively unsuspecting" people who panic and do whatever they can to "make it go away".

Fats is in a very elite group of idiots (including Greer, Acerthorn, Melinda) that have fans who actively watch for new lawsuits - anyone sued by them will have unsolicited legal advice coming out their ears and will have no lack of people willing to explain what's going on.

This removes almost entirely the purpose of these frivolous lawsuits, which is a great blow against such faggots.

The courts are pretty lenient overall, but if they suspect you're using them for your shitty dickwars, they will crawl (or let the other side crawl) up your ass and explode.

And the existence of a frivolous lawsuit with compounded costs because the plaintiff was a fucking faggot would weigh heavily.

Don't forget that he claimed the convention was evacuated due to the bomb threats, but no attendees recall this happening, the hotel the convention was at knew nothing about it, it didn't receive any coverage on even rinkydink local news stations that are so desperate for stories they'll cover a kindergarten class having seen a particularly fluffy and bushy squirrel, and there is no record of it having happened at all beyond his tweets about it. But the police not only know it happened, they know who did it, and they shared it with patrick.
