Nice to know that even the people that were willing at first to defend him are now turning on him due to just how out of control his behavior is.
 
I am in awe of coders and what they're capable of doing. We should really thank them more often for making the world we live in possible.

Isn’t he on record saying he’d never have sued the Internet if he had been aware he could lose and be responsible for costs?

It having happened, isn’t he obviously aware it could happen? And yet he claims he’ll do the exact same thing again?

Does he really believe anyone is on his side? Even his pedo friends stay away from him, he’s too much of a liability for pedos.

It should also be noted that Leslie is a literary agent not an author. I think it's worth differentiating because anyone can call themselves an author but Leslie has a real job (unlike rick)
 
Unfortunately for Patrick, truth is generally an ironclad defense in defamation lawsuits, so he'll lose any lawsuit against someone who calls him a fat retard.

Yes, it came up in one of his interviews that he believes his lawyers lied to him about the ramifications of his own actions. It's just a perfect encapsulation of the (fat)Rick mindset, everything is someone else's fault, he is always blameless, and any indignations that he suffers are the work of some shadowy cabal.
He really is the most fascinating cow around, future psychiatrists will write volumes about Patposting.

No. Patrick isn't advertising or otherwise representing himself as a medical doctor. There is no law against a layman--qua layman--offering an unqualified medical opinion. If you tell me that you have a headache and I tell you it's probably from eyestrain, I am not "practising (sic) medicine without a license."

It isn't defamatory for similar reasons. Patrick is merely offering an opinion. If he were a mental health professional, he could be seen to be making an improper diagnosis or behaving unprofessionally, which could be defamatory.

Not if we consider the totality of the evidence that we have access to at this point. There is good evidence that Patrick SWATed himself, marked his property with an erasable marker, and pretended to be harassed. He doesn't exhibit any persecutory delusions--he is trying to appear persecuted.

He may have NPD or just be arrogant. Either of those and his IQ of ~85 would be adequate to explain all of his behavior.

I understand in an actual crime that the requirement of mental illness is quite stringent, but this is a petty frivolous suit.

Fatrick can’t claim defamation exactly as there is supporting evidence that the people she wrote the letter to were already considering him a problematic person.
He can’t really claim loss of earnings or anything, unless there was an appearance fee which was reneged on, and in that case it’s the Con which is responsible, not her.
If they refused him to appear and refused the fee because of her actions, it’s still them he needs to sue.

Surely this kind of thing falls more to the opinion of the judge, and this certainly looks on the surface as a revenge lawsuit on top of a sustained campaign by Fatrick to bother and harass Leslie.
