The OTDSD I mentioned above is colloquially known as true hermaephroditism.

I have no doubt that these troons are just profusely trying to find some of the rarest combinations ever to make their points, when in reality people with DSD are still, genetically, either a man or a woman. This is going to be unpopular but I do think there is a decent argument for consent to be made. As in, strictly people with DSD should be given the choice of "living with it" or sex reassignment, ie they get choose whether they want to be a man or a woman, when they understand what is going on. It's the same reason I'm no fan of circumcising infants or the worse case of female genital mutilation.

The good news is most farmers and doctors seem to agree with you. No need to operate or force someone with an actual medical condition that affects their health to choose. It's just sad that trans people scream they have one too but also don't but yet they do so insurance can pay for it.

These have testicular type and ovarian type tissue, but they are never both fully functional. The hormones produced by an ovary or a testis will prevent normal maturation of the ‘opposite’ tissue. They are what’s labelled as true hermaphroditism but they’re never able to produce both sets of gametes. There’s a paper from the seventies they like to throw around as proof people can but again if you read it it’s similar - two sets of tissue, one functioning ok to poorly and one not functioning at all.
