On Mar 28 an article was published stating Yaniv lost his BCHRT claim against his strata regarding the non functioning fire alarms.

The BCHRT's E. Reghre states, in response to the strata requesting legal fees be paid by Yaniv - “I also acknowledge that the other owners have paid considerable legal fees to defend claims that were either abandoned or dismissed. Still, I am not convinced that this is an extraordinary circumstance that justifies departing from the usual rule that one party will not have to pay another party’s legal fees."

Jasmine Bajaj, the woman who was attacked by Yaniv's dog, is suing both Yaniv and the strata.
 
It’s Canada though, so I’m not optimistic that Yaniv will face and real justice. I’d be all too happy to be wrong though.

If he had to go to “women’s prison”, then would the bull dykes in there be able to give him savage beatings ? He might be a man, but 10 of those bitches might be able to do some damage right ?
 
Given Yaniv's hatred of both women and minorities I would be not at all surprised if he was purposefully siccing his dog on them. Poor Rexy, though, getting stuck with a fucking retarded sociopath for an owner.

FYI All crimes are reported as “allegedly” in Australia because they don’t want to get sued for defamation.
 
A real service dog would never attack another living being. You would be hard=pressed to find a service dog that hurt someone accidentally. I haven't followed Yaniv like I used to the past couple years but I am not at all shocked he's boarded the "muh ESA" bangwagon.

Fake service animals and "emotional support pets" are a plague. It should be illegal to produce and sell fake service animal vests and patches.

His original Yaniv stream got DMCA flagged over a thumbnail with Yaniv's face before it started. First and only time I've ever seen it happen. The guy used to have some real pull.
