She's not really a cow, just your average tumblr oddity who writes kind of gross and very out of character fanfiction about video game characters and I'm not gonna say too much more about her because frankly she doesn't deserve it and is generally a very sweet person. But AFAIK she is not trans in any way besides pronouns-in-bio and got married (in a dress and with makeup on) to an equally fat, equally grossly nerdy MAN in September 2023 and mostly disappeared from posting original content to socials that arent ao3 after that.
I do know of several very gross pooners in the COD fandom who, while also not particular cows as far as my research indicates, are definitely grosser than normal. Idk what it is about vid-ya fan circles of every calibre that attract horrors but here we are.

Conclusions Very low quality evidence suggests that sex reassignment that includes hormonal interventions in individuals with GID likely improves gender dysphoria, psychological functioning and comorbidities, sexual function and overall quality of life.
