Probably, considering his in-canon explanation for turning female is that it magically happened and became a permanent aspect of the form. A 3 foot something tall Sonichu female with larger than d cup breasts. Nicknamed "The Tumblr" for it's gender confusion and inability to stand up straight with ease due to the size of it's mammaries, this is Chris-Chan's ultimate form.
 
How strong is Chris? We know he can't do a pull up and he gets zero exercise, and he might have hypotonia. Could he be overpowered by an average woman or even a teenage girl?

Those packs only weighed 10 lbs each, and Chris was getting exhausted half way through the video.

Keep in mind that this was back in 2009, so it's possible that his strength has diminished even further since then.
 
If Catherine had been on the autistic spectrum or had some other kind of disorder, would Chris have rejected her despite their being a 97% match on OKCupid?

The Wallflower was on the spectrum. So I think Chris goes into these things stating that he wants a 11/10 qt 3.14, but is totally willing to make compromises along the way. Remember he doesn't just want a girlfriend, he wants someone to support and enable him, so ideally his sweetheart would be a rich woman who just lets him do whatever he wants and lets him fuck her whenever he wants. It's a completely unreasonable expectation to begin with.

Yeah, like @Lipitor says, there's a big gulf between what Chris says, and what Chris does. Not that he'd toss his standards out entirely, but they matter a lot less than Chris' forceful language would imply.

When Chris says "no autistics", he pretty much means "I don't want to bang Timmy from south park". If you look into his more lengthy rambles about autists/retards, he talks about how scary drooling retards are, and how they moan and things like that.
 
Chris asks the Trick or treaters and their parents for donations, and Barb asks if they'd like to become part of the hoard.
