📚 Megathread Trannies posting their L's Online - Heckin valid people posting their funny misfortunes on the internet

Bit of a different L (debated posting this in sideshows). Meet Chiara Sarti (she/they), a PhD student of computer science at the University of Cambridge.

This stunning and brave individual made waves last year, spraying the 15th century Kings College with orange paint as part of a Just Stop Oil protest.

Since then, Chiara has become the organiser for Youth Demand, which is Just Stop Oil joining up with Palestinian Action, broadening in scope to oppose genocide by calling for "a two way arms embargo on Israel AND an end to new oil and gas drilling". Their recent actions have been switching paint colours to spray the Labour Party's HQ with red paint, and then protest outside Keir Starmer's house, placing children's shoes on his front steps to symbolise dead Palestinian children.

As a reminder, Keir Starmer is leader of the opposition, and is not currently in charge. Additionally Labour managed to pass an opposition day motion to call for a humanitarian ceasefire and condemning killing. Also, Keir Starmer has two school aged children.
The "L" in this case is Chiara going on a variety of shows to defend the group's actions while being completely unprepared for the very obvious counter arguments, for example "if it's ok to protest outside someone's house if you disagree with them, does that mean people can go protest outside your house if they disagree with you?".





A lot of the great British public aren't even realising Chiara is supposed to be a woman

Not an L posted by a troon online, but I can’t think of a more appropriate thread for it…

I recently went for a physical. My doctor is based within a very large healthcare system in a major northeastern US city. Said HC system boasts billions in revenue and funding, is tied to several historic general and specialty hospitals, runs its own health insurance label, and is affiliated with a world-renowned university. It’s a massive operation that nearly monopolizes inpatient/outpatient healthcare within the whole (very blue) state, so yes, it’s *HIGHLY* susceptible to the poz.

For the past eight or nine years, my doctor would always ask my pronouns during the intake questions. It was one of the required questions as she went down the list, and she never wavered from following that list to a T. This past appointment? Not a word about pronouns- the question had been removed.

For a HC system that demonstrated to me its willingness to be pozzloaded in the past, this development was a big surprise to say the least. Perhaps they noticed the majority (so…99%) of their patients reacting negatively to being asked that question, and decided to quietly retire it? I doubt the troons themselves decried the question as intrusive and dysphoria-inducing. It’s therefore difficult to see this as something other than the bureaucracy deciding to side with Team Sanity, and that the troon mafia is a paper tiger that they can ignore now with minimal headaches. Call me optimistic, but for them to do this…feels like a rusty pendulum is starting to make its first squeaky and creaking movements in the opposite direction.

Troons be out here takin constant Ls frfr.
 
Has anyone been keeping up with HeyEmilyPink? The troon that always offered hugs on reddit? I was checking in on him daily, but got bored and forgot about him after I decided to touch grass for an extended amount of time. I had over 70+ pages of this thread to catch up on and didn't see anything about him mentioned.

I just went to look at his reddit account, only to find out he has deleted his account. I am now wondering why he deleted it; did he realize he was being talked about on here, or did he have another mental breakdown and will be back under a different account?

There was a guy here who had to interview a troon...Troon didn't make any effort to say why he would be good for the position. All he did was show up looking like garbage and ask questions about the paid leave for his upcoming surgeries. :story:

Lots of stories on Ovarit about "they hired a troon to work at my favorite coffee shop and he totally changed the vibe...I stopped going because of him." "The local climbing gym hired a male "enby" who promptly turned the women's climbing group into 'enbys and femmes' group...all the women got turned off by how obnoxious he was and stopped going to that group."

Why are you targeting the leader of the opposition who has no power to do anything, and might even be sympathetic to your views, but leaving the Tory party - the people who actually take part in the action you oppose, and could presumably actually do something about it - alone?

Then, when you're asked basic questions in an interview, you appear to not know what the fuck you're talking about.

All you're doing is inconveniencing an enemy of the Powers That Be, while making Joe Public look at what you and your group are doing and think, "God, those lefties are mental, they're even turning on their own side now! We should definitely, 100% crack down on protests!" And then your civil liberties disappear right up your own arsehole. And the sneaky Tory Jew secretly funding you guys rubs his hands with glee.

Also, where the fuck is this guy from? I was expecting a plummy little posh boy until he opened his mouth and weird, heavily-accented broken English came out. Obviously, Daddy's some kind of European billionaire who's paid his son's way through Cambridge.

(I am really curious if this is actually a thing now, because it sounds just as crazy as monolid eye surgery so a Korean woman can get a job, yet still less insane than underaged girls being put on hormones and cut up while still developing because trans. It's either that or this dude is projecting his agenda onto kids that require surgery after sports injuries.)

I swear to god there's a similar post to this going around. I've seen it twice but didn't think to screenshot it, and now I can't find it anymore.

It was a post about how people against children taking hormones/getting surgeries don't actually care about their health, and that they're just trying to exert more control over children's bodies. They said that parents already surgically alter children's bodies without care for the child's wellbeing or consent, and the two examples they give are the same Tommy John arm surgery mentioned here, and circumcision.

It should be noted I think that the elbow surgeries are actually asked for by the kids themselves. These kids have dreams of the major leagues but their bodies can't keep up. It's sad and related to the extreme pressures professional sports recruiting, related to the money in that. But it's not an arbitrary thing, it's the equivalent of paying for coaches for Olympic level swimmers young. For these kids to have a chance and entering professional sports, they have to start really young these days, everything is so optimized that you can't start later, so the surgerys being done are in a certain sense unnecessary because a small amount of damage to the UCL isn't crippling right away, but if there's any desire to keep going in sports, they'll have to do it at some point.

This is about the achievement in sports, which I realize not everyone cares about, but it's a real tangible thing and a believable goal that these kids have, it's not a nebulous journey to nowhere for the sake of narcissistic navel gazing.
