In that old debate with Kellie-Jay Keen on This Morning, which I posted IN THIS VERY THREAD LITERALLY YESTERDAY, India stated that he 'has an illness called gender dysphoria' and that's why he's trans.

I’m not sure if he knows what he’s typing at this point he’s deep in narc rage.

You know I had watched that clip years ago but I just rewatched. Isn’tk it so nice seeing the difference between then and now? Johnny knows that days of his endless victim media appearances is over. All the slogans and the we are just women worked for him but pulling the wool over normeis eyes won’t work now. It’s all feeling very Hitler in the bunker for him.

One of the tweets he keeps putting on repeat about how they didn’t invite any trans into the media (Re: Hannah barnes BBC appearance last night) one of his main hobbies is ringing TV stations and Radio shows about being let on to talk about trans stuff. I’m guessing they now screen his calls.

Its a but suspicious the amount of seethe and dilation this 350 page technical report has induced (the Cass review) half a day after its release. My guess is that 1% of the troons who now claims Total Troon Victimhood has read more than the summary of it. If even that.

But one cannot help but enjoy a Total Himdia Meltdown. He is losing the battle on every front, and he knows it.

I compared India to Alan Partridge before, and I think it's actually quite a fair comparison. He's so desperate to get on the telly as a trans talking head, and presumably uses his Twitter seething as a means of passing those long days alone at home waiting for the phone to ring for a media job that he's never going to get. Now that the wind's blowing the other way and the trans citadel is coming crumbling down, he's seeing the straws that he was grasping at get further and further away. Tranny Alan Partridge.

Apparently, he was hoping to land a spot on Strictly Come Dancing, but let's face it, that ain't gonna happen. I didn't see it, but apparently, he was on a show recently for Channel 4 called First Dates, and his behaviour on the show was as bizarre as you'd expect.

Bafflingly, during their first meeting, India continued to make reference to murder, including making the bold statement: “If I was ever going to kill anyone, I’d run off to the Lake District,” as the pair discussed the secluded but picturesque corner of the country.

As the date unfolded on screen, fans were quick to take to social media to share their thoughts, with many even fearing for Gareth’s safety after the macabre topic of conversation.

One fan took to social media to quip: “With all the talk of killing, I fear for Gareth.” A second viewer then joked: “… after some time........ Poor Gareth was never seen again.”

Before a third fan quipped: “That’s twice india has mentioned killing people now. Hiding something hun?” alongside a laughing emoji.

They don’t need to read it. As long as they get the gist of it not being wildly affirming and say that all children should be on puberty blockers from the age of six months, then they’d be all set up for ree-ing.

When they decided that being called mentally ill was insulting. :story:

Gayness was classified as a mental illness, something that should be treated, so the big push against it was reasonable so they didn't zap their balls off or something. They don't advocate for medication or treatments, just to be left alone. Meanwhile, trans people need all the medication they declare necessary, but don't want the stigma that comes with illness and the analysis of alternate treatments. So they're not mentally ill, bigot, how dare you say they're delusional, take me fucking seriously bigot.

There are entitled faggots who attempt to push things on people because the current legal landscape gives them a leg up, which is your standard narc behavior. But yes, you hit the nail on the head, though I think the specific reason why the trans movement moved away strongly from mental illness framing was because they were being gatekept in terms of treatment. So much of the arguments presented now center around the idea of bodily autonomy specifically because most troons do not want to wait or be told to carefully assess what their options are. So much of their sense of self is now tied to the idea that transitioning is possible, that having to question, that reality is like an existential threat.


The other thing is that studies like Blanchard were being done to assess the actual source of the mental illness. If it is a mental illness, then and it has a cause and there's a potential to evaluate different interventions. That's why it's become more and more focused on individual journeys, because any sort of standardization again implies gatekeeping and the possibility that people won't get access to the thing believe will help them but really won't.


And I guess also, the mental illness/disability framing implies that it's a question of reasonable accommodations, not a question of gender discrimination when you look at things like access to women's spaces or participation in women's sports. For those specific arguments to function, you need the transition to have a metaphysical truth to it, which is a contradiction with the idea of mental illness.
