the problem is he's a lazy drunk and doesn't want to put in the effort to make a good show anymore because he's had the rumble contract. Before he had to put on a good show for his audience if he wanted money, when he got the guaranteed rumble money his audience were no longer his "customers" in a way, so he stopped appealing to them and started embracing his inner vices.

That's fair, I did also enjoy a lot of the Ron stuff, but again it was because Ron was such a weirdo hypocrite that made it interesting.

I remember Nick hosting a lot of good solo shows back in 2019-21. He was pretty funny, could explain a legal document, and was a great hype guy for anything. I thought he had enough charisma, "charismatic narcissist" as he was, that even if you disagreed with him (like me since I'm neither a libertarian nor the sort of Christian trad conservative audience he pretended to be part of) you could still find his arguments at the very least reasonable. And he was very often mocking crazy leftist judges and politicians which is easy comedy when you can play the reasonable man as Nick could before he figuratively and literally exposed himself.

Yes, as time went by his solo shows evolved into the Tim Pool-knockoff Trump and guns shows he does these days when he's too hungover to get good ideas from the ceiling cats. This was pre-balldo, pre-Hedonism, pre-bottle up the ass. They were still decent background noise I remember. I never liked a lot of the Lawtubers since most of them were devoid of charisma and Nick spent the shows doing nothing but cracking dumb jokes (usually, some streams with Lawtubers were good, and the streams with Null always ruled). I think he came to rely way too much on them for the show and got used to putting in zero effort into his streams and combined with his increasing alcohol consumption and drug experimentation even in early 2022 it was probably inevitable he'd show his repressed faggotry before long.
