In addition to owning the sites mentioned before, like e621, they also own the furry roleplaying website F-list (which has a surprisingly quiet thread here) that allows users to roleplay "kinks" like snuff, zoophilia, and pedophilia. They're so staunch on hosting this content that they've gotten themselves banned from every major payment processor, patreon, and NSFW advertising agencies.
You'd think they'd want to stay away from courts in general, yeah.

It's almost like the context is important, or something.
Go look at some of the profiles posted in the thread and tell me there's no CP on F-list.
They've been very, very open about the site's issues for a long time. People would openly call themselves pedophiles and look to meet and talk to other pedophiles. (all these links are on their site, I can archive them if that's better)
 
This culture and society are utterly beyond redemption. Any sane society would have stamped these vices out. At the very least the problem of "unsympathetic plaintiff" ought to have dissuaded attorneys from filing this lawsuit because even if there are legitimate legal claims, the chances of a jury looking kindly on the client are nill.

Finally, consider the sales involved to make hundreds of thousands in legal fees viable. That is how many people are into this stuff.

Let me get this straight. We have close to nothing happening for months, then as soon as Null goes on a minimum get week hiatus:
-Call center scammers collapse the Baltimore bridge
-Steven Crowder starts a lawsuit with his ex gay lover
-The blue haired streamer Ninja gets skin cancer
-Hassan starts suicide baiting
-Geno Samuel finishes the Chris Chan documentary
-A mostly naked Nick Rekeita licks a man’s face live on stream
-The FBI raids Diddy’s home
-And we have a piss fight over whether or not an animal penis dildo coming is infringing on the copyright of another animal penis dildo company

It’s like the world waited for him to be absent and miss all of this
