I listened to it in the background, there wasn't anything especially interesting, just his usual coping about muh PTSD and whatnot. A couple things:

1) He says he saw a psychiatrist today and got prescribed some new pills. Because that's definitely what this pillhead needs. These ones will finally fix him.

2) He said he's planning to go visit some friends or something next week for his birthday, but then apparently forgot about it, because later in the stream someone asked if he has any plans and he said he had none.

You cant grow as a human being until you face adversity head-on. Yet you use your troon status as a shield from the rest of the world for so long, it's your entire personality. You lived on this planet for 30 plus years, and your entire being is summed up with one word.

Without that, you have nothing. The people who tolerated you walked on eggshells to feed your fragile ego. Your best attempt at socializing is sexually harassing people with more clout than you. You can't hold a engaging conversation longer than 20 minutes because your worldview is so narrow, and your knowledge of the world around you is that of a mentally deficient 14 year old. You're a self-absorbed entitled cunt with the empathy of a wasp rolling around in garbage, so you would hardly be a good listener with anything worthwhile to say.

On top of all that, you melted your brain with all sorts of hard drugs. So you sound like a sperg in slow motion. Even the most generous people who would tolerate you wouldn't have the patience to listen to you whine about the cavalcade of mental illness you made up.

TLDR: You stand for convictions that have never been challenged, your entire personality is professional victim, you aren't pleasant to be around, and you can't hold a conversation.

part of me wishes that was not a troll and just some dude that was being entirely serious. that being said boy has keffals fallen. it is honestly impressive he had enough viewers in the past that he could have milked them for the rest of his life most likely and all he would have had to do was the absolute bare minimum and even that was too hard.

no wonder he never bothered to get a real job he seems like the type that would go into the back and cry because a customer was mean to him indirectly.

Protip: It isn't. Sure, you proves you can take physical pain. The kind of pain that people give you sympathy for. Asspats. But have you confronted yourself internally? Confronted the real demons? No.

That's actually a good point I forgot to consider, to be honest. It's depressingly similiar to the inevitable pitfalls of invasive plastic surgery, too.

Introspection and challenging your self-worth aren't easy things to do, and I can see miserable and lost people turning to gender-reassignment as a way to transform yourself completely.
