Rob lucci coin is going to the moon!
Sell the stocks before Chapter 1111. I don't know what Zoro will do or the chapter's outcome, but ditch the Lucci agenda before then.

The Gorosei did state that the Hito Hito no Mi Model: Nika was a fruit with a ridiculous power that always seems to stay out of their grasp.
I think back to when the Gorosei allowed Shanks to have that audience with them. We have people thinking it's because he's Top 1 in the Verse, God King Shanks, or more realistically, his probable relations with God Knight Figarland Garling.

However, it could be more simple: They just thought he still had the "Gomu-Gomu no Mi" he stole from them, and had to act neutrally with him instead of jumping him because of his immense leverage.

Zoro is nothing without his dew rag and inhalers.

I don’t buy for a second that they did not know Luffy had it for years. Since Luffy has made no secret of what he calls his Fruit and the Elders know it’s real name. And there was seemingly a version of the devil fruit book that the gum gum fruit was not in. So they must have put it there.

And the Elders ordering CP9 to interfear led to the Fruit Awakening and Luffy still being alive.

And every time Shanks has so far turned up it’s to save Luffy or warn about Blackbeard or both.

And the first thing we see Imu do is go check a hat, that Luffy has while holding pictures of both Luffy and Blackbeard.

So it’s either Shanks stepped in to save Luffy and warn about Blackbeard and Imu made the choice they both die but Nika messed that up.

Or they had to make sure Luffy died so Nikka did not vanish again. They’ve been trying and failing to keep hold of it for 800 years. They could view keeping Luffy around as worth it to keep tabs.

Imu owns a giant straw hat. He might not want Nikka gone just yet.

Only other options are Imu and seemingly his satalites straight up did not know. In which case, even if Imu is the same body from 800 years ago, I am betting he is not the same mind.

There’s got to be a reason why Lili was ok siding with them but betrayed them at the last minute.

Imu getting his mind switched would make that make sense.

Whoever the badguy was won by getting switching minds. And the intended ruler was killed to thunderpus applause.

1111 is too good a hook to not be the Zoro chapter, I'm now going to be sad if Oda doesn't do anything cool here. His enma onigiri is so strong not only does he cut Lucci it keeps going and cuts Saturn too.

It's pure Numbers Piece. 11/11 is Zoro's birthday.

Oda would be going overboard if he finishes Lucci with an Ittōryū though lol. Just after his stocks were on the rebound after getting a crash from the G5 Luffy fight.

So Luffy has a special hat, a god's devil fruit and a magic middle initial. His ship might also be an ancient weapon.

Oda is careening into Harry Potter tier storytelling with the constant last-minute ass-pulls.

When was that ever suggested?

And here I was reading about how Oda is a master of his craft. As long as he doesn’t go the Naruto route of “making villains so OP the only way to move forward is to create a villain that’s MORE OP that the previous villain might have been a pawn of”, we should still be in good shape.

I mean, ship being an ancient weapon counter has been set up more than a decade ago. Thank you Water 7.

Luffy’s laugh spoils he was going to be Nikka in hindsight. So it was a thing that was obviously intended from the start. Just the revalation was handled bad.

Only real last minute thing might have been the hat. But the second we lesrned the hat used to be Roger it likely the hat would be special at some point.

Less arse pulling and more they were always end game reveals and we’ve only just got to that point. And we are probably only at that point because Oda wants to retire shortly after he turns 50.

Otherwise who knows how long it would take to get these reveals.

Imu’s straw hat is probably Joyboy’s and most likely views it as an omen that Luffy and Shanks both wore them prominently. My idea is that Imu at some point was offered the hat at some point and turned it down prior to fighting Nika. He turned down adventure for a crown and he regretted it and that’s why Roger laughed at the story. Imagine the entire void century was Imu trying to erase a mistake out of simple embarrassment.

Also, someone shared with me a retarded idea that Blackbeard has two devil fruits because his bloodline is some human tribe that has a shriveled twin he shares a body with and is actually a two faced man. His twin sleeps for him.

Dude became so ashamed of missing out he threw a fit so massive it destroyed an entire country (and possibly the world) and he became the king of NEETs to avoid the mockery that would ensue should he ever show his face.

I wouldn't be mad if it turned out Oda's message all along was "To make your dream a reality, touch some fucking grass you silly bluebloods."

What the fuck lol.

I hang out with South Americans. They have retarded theories, but it’s honestly not the worst idea. Basically Two-faced tribe is the idea where the 2nd face is a twin that’s sleeping.

That's cool and all, but what happens when he likely gets that third fruit?

Turns out he has a triplet.
I'm still banking on the idea that a person can eat multiple Devil Fruits and that the idea that a person can't or they'll die was misinformation spread by the World Government to dissuade the consolidation of Devil Fruit abilities within a single person. Until it's actually shown in the manga and we see a dead body as a result of eating more than one fruit, that's what I'm going to keep believing.

Sounds like Imu would be the type of person to hate Kiwi Farms and try to shut it down.

How that Blackbeard theorycrafter will look when their retarded theory lands on its feet:
ETuhSToWAAEGgoK.jpg

As for my retarded ramblings:
The arrival of Gorosei at Egghead might be the key cog of in movement towards hard and fast End Piece. If Luffy leaves those old men knocked out like Yamcha, the God Knights will likely assemble. If that happens, Dragon will make his move after years of ellipses, looking east, and panel hogging.

However, that won't be all. Paralleling Dragon, Akainu will make his move, as well. He's had beef with the Elders and the asinine high society at Mariejois, and an L of that magnitude for the Marines/World Government will finally the make Red Dog snap, and do everything in his power to put to the Great Pirate Era to heel. Maybe he'll try to usurp power from Kong (the Fleet Admiral before Sengoku, and current Commander-in-Chief of the World Government—second in power below the Gorosei, and Imu, of course) to exact his will.

What would Imu think of such brazen treachery? He'll be alone with the Elders, and now, Blackbeard has access to the top of the world thanks to Catarina Devon. Will Yonko Blackbeard jump the lone king while every explodes down below?

Yeah. When you consider the hat was given to Luffy as a call to go adventurer by his mentor and previous owner. Imu was absolutely offered that hat.

What greater pirate and king is there than one that rules the world after all.

And I could see that Imu might regret going ‘sure, I’ll stay king’ instead of just going off sailing and passing on the hat.

World backstories do usually seem to be underpinned by someone doing something regretfully stupid.

But I’m betting on Imu having his mind swapped and Lili was the only one that could tell they weren’t Imu no more.
Also, someone shared with me a retarded idea that Blackbeard has two devil fruits because his bloodline is some human tribe that has a shriveled twin he shares a body with and is actually a two faced man. His twin sleeps for him.
I mean, he’s likely more than one person but not due to that.

On a sadder note, Oda's favorite mangaka is dead.
There’s a fun interview where Oda brings up how much he loves the first Dragonball Budokai with the the chick who’d entire schtick is stripping to cause the better behaved fighters to be put off and Taopaipai. Toriyama’s like wow you sure like all these minor characters only for Oda to sperg about Taopaipai throwing the pillar and being the first guy who gives Goku a hard time.

It’s one of those oddly cute moments.
