What accents from across the globe do you find funny, appealing, cool, or attractive?

I remember a story from my grandpa about a nationalized British man he used to work with in the union. He still had an accent, and used colloquial terms when referring to particular things. Most notably, he called dish soap "fairy juice." Because of that, my grandpa and his work pals would always screw with him and call him a queer and fairy. These were better times for sure.

I always like the soft Glaswegian accent like Billy Connelly, but the hard Glaswegian accent spoken by neds* is kinda gross

*Scottish white trash

Fairy is the most prominent and oldest dish soap in the UK, for older people they can be interchangeable terms. I've never heard someone say fairy juice though

Probably my own regional accent due to tribalism.

I used to think I hated accents. If you hate the glaswegian accent and a big titted supermodel looking dolly bird was gagging for an absolute ridefest. Only thing is she spoke like an absolute hairy then you'd probably instantly switch and say I love that accent.
I used to hate scouse accents until I got fired into one.

Did you have a stroke while typing this?

love is tolerating their faults. Not trying to delude yourself into thinking they have none.
That is a good answer.
I like the south African and Boston accent because they're funny
I hate the Edinburgh/Fife/Dundee east coast of Scotland accent and I fucking detest multicultural London English, give me cockney any other day and by cockney I mean the accent not the penis.

German or Dutch can be big oofs and I personally discovered that their accent in English is massively dependent on where they originally came from. I can easily point out where some ESL native German speaker comes from at this point with just a few spoken words in English. Not just talking about country or state or kanton or whatever. I can do it to the region, which is more accurate for these kinds of things. I deserve to be shot for this, but I do like the broad Upper Midwest type accent. Hold on, getting the shell now to off myself with...
