I think that's the result of miscommunication between the left and the right. When people said, "Biden has dementia," a lot of people heard, "Biden is too old."

If he gets into office again, he'll be dangerous. He has pretty much said he wants to be a dictator and will only appoint people who will bow at his altar. During his first term, he had people to keep him in check.

I hear this a lot but I don't think I totally understand the implications. Declaring yourself a dictator doesn't really change what the executive powers are. If it's possible to EO yourself into perpetual power; 1- that should stop and why was it ever allowed, and 2- why hasn't one of the last 46 assholes (including Trump) done it yet?

I don't dispute that he said it, I just don't see why lefties are pearl clutching over the end of democracy instead of just laughing at him for not understanding how the executive branch works.
