This... is only a taste of the embarrassing stupidity of the whole presidental election and eventual doom that is to come. CWC pretty much sums up everything informed voters hate about uninformed voters and the brainless political polarisation that's happening in the USA. He, along with every other one of his Hillary-supporting ilk will be directly responsible for the shady business that'll inevitably happen if she does get elected.

For the first time in ages, his idiocy will be upheld and abetted by millions of other people who possess nothing he possesses BUT his most infamous attribute: naïveté.

Literally every election cycle is dominated by poorly-informed morons who simply vote based on the most shallow of factors. That's Political Psychology 101 and the Founding Fathers were acutely aware this is the case. It's neither a good thing or a bad thing; the country was founded with that understanding and it's worked pretty well for us so far because the people who built our government were geniuses who planned ahead.

The 2016 election is remarkable because of how the traditional media roles have totally flipped upside down due to social media, increasingly polarized partisanship of voter bases, and the fact one of the candidates just does not give a flying fuck what CNN has to say about him.

There is no shame in not voting. The idea that if Chris votes and you don't means that Chris is somehow better than you is silly. He's still Chris.

If we get a reworked "Votes For Women!" Sonichu comic out of this, I won't be so disappointed.

Do not listen to this man.

Vote. Not because of some autistic "if you don't vote than Chris is better than you!" paradigm.

Vote because that's literally your one job as a citizen. Don't be one of those fuckheads who stays home on Election Day just because "lol it doesn't matter".

It was downgraded to a misdemeanor IIRC.

Denying the vote to a citizen just because they're a moron is contrary to basic Enlightenment thought.

The logic behind not letting felons vote is they've committed an actual, tangible wrong against society and therefore lose the right to dictate how things should work.

Sorry agree to disagree. Sometimes the right thing to do isn't the right thing to do. Now someone like chris who's just dumb sure let him vote, I was being facetious but people with down syndrome or retarded there's no reason to value their opinions when it comes to politics.

"Don't give the vote to undesirables."

Man c'mon

Powerleveling a bit here, but in my family we have a member with down syndrome, and he's registered to vote. But the thing is, he has no understanding of politics, when he was asked who was the current president (back in 2012) he said it was "George W Washington." His ballot became an extra ballot for my dad.

All I'm saying is, there are people in this world whose freedom to vote would be abused by others. It's a real problem that would have been solved if people like said family member wouldn't be able to vote.

People who get welfare should not be allowed to vote because they have a vested interest in voting for bigger government. This leads to a very obvious positive feed back loop where the government gets bigger and bigger and the useless eaters becoming more and more dependent.

Everyone has a vested interest in voting for something. That's literally why we align ourselves politically the way we do.

By that logic no one should be allowed to vote because it's done in the context of getting an outcome you want from your chosen candidate.

Someone voting for big govt because they want more welfare is conceptually no different than voting for small govt because you think people should have less welfare. You just agree with one side over another.

We cannot arbitrarily declare people ineligible to vote. It undermines the concept of a democracy.
