I'm doing neither.

The point of my post is that trannies generally have an unspoken rule of pretending that every single one of them is an attractive, model-tier true and honest womyn that doesn't hate one another at all. They also expect non-troons to follow this delusion as well, and not point out how male they are. This facade breaks when they feel it's politically expedient to tear someone down for having the wrong politics.

Even if "almost all surgeons" do, there's still a very accessible market of those who do. Dr Beverly Fischer, for example, does mastectomies on girls as young as 13. She's not in some hard to access backwater, she's in the Baltimore/Washington metro area.
