100%. Pre-teen/teen girls are brutal and especially in this age of social media sameface and intense pressure on girls (and boys to a similar if lesser extent) to conform to a very particular type of beauty which is pushed at them at all hours of the day via clock-app and Instagram, transitioning is a way for the ugly, odd, or otherwise undesirables to claw their way to some kind of clout.

That being said there is nothing special to any of these millions of stories of "crippling dysphoria" I've found. If its not blatant porn addiction it's all just descriptions of what being a human being is like. 99% of people are chubby and awkward and socially maladjusted at 13. Some people don't hit their swan transformations until their mid 20s if not later and that can be depressing and uncomfortable. A huge part of growing up is mourning the life you could have lived and the childhood you might have had had things been different. Even perfectly well adjusted people sometimes feel off kilter in unfamiliar social situations and find the necessities of adulting torturous to whatever extent. Most people worry about how they are perceived and wish they could control how others view them completely. We are all in posession of awkward, lumpy, hairy, occasionally stinky, often inconvenient human bodies and we will be uncomfortable and unhappy with them sometimes. Instead of normalizing that, though, we've pathologized it. I don't understand.

There's a way for a man to experience similar feelings to an orgasm without actually physically having one. Usually happens to healthy men when they start experimenting with other parts of their body than their dick. Also requires a certain state of mind and arousal.

I just found out tonight that my soon-to-be ex-wife outed me to her family tonight. Many of whom have become just like my family. I came out to her after years of hiding it and she fully accepted it. Our marriage is ending for different reasons. I'm in shock and am worried that the shame might become unbearable. I do consider myself trans but decided not to transition. I went to a job interview and I had to put my deadname on the application forms because legally I haven’t changed my name yet. First thing I said when going to the interview is hey I’m Sam, please don’t call me deadname. Now I’m very obviously a guy, I’m a trans man, and I have a deep voice, and some facial hair etc etc.. The interview goes well but then my interviewer asks me oh you’re Sam but you actually go by deadname. Then she said yes sir to a question then immediately apologized. I’m pretty sure she thought I was a trans woman. Because yes if you’re trans you can’t possibly pass as your gender. I even said just call me he/him and they still couldn’t tell which way I was transitioning. I basically spelled it all out for her then she acts like she has no clue. Anyways I think I got the job.

Look how well she passes! I'd totally call her "bro" and "dude" and high-five her in the gym as she lifted ten pounds in a deadlift:

But in a real sense, it's more things like not touching yourself at all and using pure imagination or finding out you're extremely aroused by your nipples being played with.
