I think what he's saying is that he had a Grindr account, which he deleted (as many do), and because you can't reuse a previously registered e-mail for a new account he's unwilling to make another one.

I did have a quick check for profiles around his area, but I didn't see anybody that looked like Grover Norquist's defective clone.
