You're right theres something about that profile shot and the way he walks that triggers an almost instinctive atavistic emotional fight or flight response, something probably so baked into our DNA its been around since our ancestors huddled around campfires keeping watch for predators because back then there were things that could be stalking outside the circle of the firelight that would hunt us.He's like the living manifestation of some deep instinctually engrained fear, like my ancestors spent millenia developing an evolutionarily honed ability to identify and kill something like this because it was so deadly. Every cell in my body screams "KILL IT WITH FIRE" looking at this photo.
Wether its his shape triggering some genetic memory of Neanderthals or other Proto-Hominids that our Cro Magnon ancestors used to compete with, or the legends of Skinwalkers and Ghouls and the like are real memories of actual creatures, that would pretend to be
