I am feeling inclined to weigh in, and explain why I never once liked the guy, from when I first started to tune in during the #KickVic era.
Forget Balldo contraptions, forget Juju, forget Vito, forget his rapid descent into overt coomerism and scornful acknowledgement of the early fans that propped him up to fame.
I never liked Nick Rekieta from the moment he started to trade jabs with Ron Toye, the creepy little remote-wielding gnome.
Furthermore, I would like to summon @Captain Manning for his opinion on this:

I have a fairly vivid recollection of when Nick published several hours-long cope streams dedicated to Ron (before Vic's first loss prior to appeals, or shortly after Beard & Harris filed for appeal), in which Nick dissected either public statements uttered by Ron the snack tray cuck, or gave an alcohol-fueled commentary on his DMs with Ron.
These were a germinal version of Nick's current PillStreams, and again, I have a fairly vivid recollection of how ardently and furiously Nick tried to paint Ron as something of a monstrous man, devoid of any morals, of any respect for his fellow men, or for any love for women, and how, in Nick's own words, Ron was "the worst man Nick had ever met".
These cope streams were interspersed by loud shouting and autistic banging on the computer table.

While my opinion of Ron Soye is as low as anyone else's on here, I would like to offer this important detail:
You see, this is the same exact time frame in which Nick and Ralph were still in amicable terms. The same time frame in which Nick expressed open appreciation of Ralph, and showed open contempt for people who asked him "Why would you associate with an immoral, deadbeat, alcoholic, misogynistic revenge pornographer?". This, mind you, was when his façade of upstanding Christian family man was still in full force.
Say what you want about Ron Soye, and how pathetic he looked during deposition, or how much of a scumbag he is for having perpetrated lies on Vic and effectively terminated any future job prospect for the guy in the anime voice acting industry. Ralph has more evil in his pinky finger than Ron the snack tray cuck has in his entire being. A fact that was well known to anyone in the Sektur at the time.

Balldoman's moral crusade against the bad actors in #KickVic just fell flat on me, at a time when he had open relationships with far worse men than Ron, despite Nick's apparent ardent indignation for the likes of (admittedly) a fairly unpleasant man such as Ron.
It's my opinion that, at the time, it was plainly visible for anyone to see the signs that Nick calls upon righteousness only when it suited him, because in the way he associated with people far worse than Ron, and did not repudiate the men that his fake persona would have dictated he did.
Call me Nosetradamus if you want, but the signs were all there for everyone to see. And this is the reason why I never liked Balldoman.

I can't make a determination if this person is also @Cynthia Behave but what information I have available does not contradict it.

In the future, new users joining for this thread and trying to shit it up should be ignored and reported instead of given attention. This is clearly a mentally unwell person who will become a persistent nuisance user that ban evades continually. The only effective way to deal with them is for the users of their target area to ignore them.

Stay following an appeal is not a victory on the merits. Nice try, non-practicing Balldo. I don't have a horse in this race, but any appellate court will see an order gagging a former fucking president and current presidential candidate as an issue worthy of hearing on appeal.

You're 100% correct in how you recall it going down. I try to be generous to the former fans of Rackets here as some are good people, but I still don't understand how they didn't catch onto this other than political blind-spots. Nick said a lot of things people wanted to hear at the time, so maybe that's why the obvious hypocrisy was overlooked.

She's not making it too hard tbh. One of the account is a dormant one made in the same period as the 1st. Suddenly start posting here and then 1 hour later a fresh new account is made and start posting, being an obvious red herring. But all of them have the same energy that you don't even have to put it up side by side to compare.

Unfortunately, it's clearly not just one person but a team of them that consists at minimum of Cynthia, a former Locals member, and Faran Balanced, a former LawTube member who appeared semi-regularly on Rekieta's stream.

@Judy Gemstone appeared connected to the YouTube channels "Hey Clip This" and "Lawtube Clipper" which just so happened to have reuploaded all of the videos on the "Hey Clip This" channel three weeks ago. That was obviously Faran's old channel, because you could type in https://www.youtube.com/FaranBalanced and have it bring up that clip channel. If you do this for the past month or so, it brings up "Serenity Stream TV", which is apparently just ambient music or lofi hip hop or whatever, which was around the time the new "Lawtube Clipper" account was made.

That is a bit annoying, because it meant any clips from Hey Clip This which were embedded here and not archived locally are lost.

If Faran is pissed at something she should fire up a stream rather than shit up this thread with a dozen socks. What happened yesterday was ridiculous.

Maybe, but the majority of those accounts are on a single network. There's one person doing most of the work (from Northeast Illinois) and maybe three more who will sign in to their accounts after they've created and established them (one from central Indiana, another from Los Angeles, and another from northeast Virginia). They're all used by someone from Illinois though.

They will definitely change their behaviors now that I've outed them, so you should be aware that moving forward I won't be able to make any assumptions like this. So like I said before, ignore and report.

That'd be Faran. She lives in Illinois. Not sure where Cynthia lives, but Faran 100% lives in Illinois.
 
I had a look through some of the Kino Casino back log as something to just listen to while I worked around the house and one thing that I noticed is how confidently stupid Nicky is about the Eric July matter while Juju just puts up a smoke screen of YAK YAKs because Juju is smarter than Nick at this point(not like it's a high bar).
The Video is old and probably already discussed but I'm amazed how Nick is now in perpetual Dutch Courage mode. Everything he says is said with the level of confidence that a drunkard has before getting beat up. It can be the dumbest shit, shit so dumb even he realizes it and he just keeps going.

Yeah, I didn't mean that it was hard for us -- I meant it had to be hard for her. How does she decide which post will be from Judy Gemstone, which will be from Montashaft, which will be from Lumberlicker?

I'm disappointed about Judy Gemstone. Aside from the occasional wander down madness lane, I generally enjoyed her posts. But then I quite liked Cynthia before she went off the rails as well. She had a dry wit that often made me laugh. I know everyone thought Judy was either Cynthia or Faran from the moment she first popped up, but I wanted to believe...
