I think this has been the standard practice trough out history. Most people won't care about your sexual behavior unless they care about you or you are being super annoying. Most people just have their own lifes and problems, what others do in their bedrooms is at best funny gossip.

The alphabet people are a tiny minority and such not exactly on peoples minds. The current western culture is the wierd one because there is so much attention on them when most of the history they just didn't matter. Most sexual taboos, rules and drama has always been about heterosexual behavior like having kids out of wedlock.

Men in various eras of human existence/culture have worn skirts or heeled shoes, makeup and styled hair/wigs. There's nothing "natural" (as in ordained by nature) about modern western clothing. And the world has room for variation and/or edginess regardless.

And yes, gender-bending has long been a thing. To use commonly known people as examples, Keith Richards has worn eyeliner for decades. Why? Idfk. He's a month shy of 80 years old. He has worn it both on- and off-stage. Prince, Robert Smith of The Cure, Johnny Depp - all hetero men, all wear/wore eye makeup (and more) and sometimes female/feminine clothing. Same for Duran Duran and tons of lesser/ other New Romantics. Add Alice Cooper, I guess Harry Styles (though that seems more performative), Kid Cudi (maybe gay; I otherwise left off well-known gay gender bender types like Little Richard or Marc Bolan (of T.Rex)), all of glam rock, most of hair metal (motley crue, among others). And of course David Bowie. And I guess Kurt Cobain as well, because he sometimes wore a skirt. Brad Pitt has been seen wearing a skirt. Nbd, and though for some of those mentioned, the bending was a significant part of the public persona, the ones I listed also did so in their non-public lives. It's not new; all that is new is thinking wearing women's clothes makes you a woman.

Trannyism and it's consequences have been a disaster for the autistic race. Twenty years ago these dudes would've just been weird nerds who recognized that they didn't fit into regular society because they're weird nerds, and they would've kept their degenerate fetishes to themselves and their fellow fetishists. Nowadays you can't enjoy nerd shit at all without some balding sped in a dress lumbering up and insisting that you validate his fetish while pretending like it isn't one, as though he's a true and honest woman and you're a bigot if you don't accept it.

What's crazy to me is that the nerd community already had a subgroup of weird fetishists who got off on pretending to be something they're not, so it's not like this was an unfamiliar problem. Furries have been part of nerd spaces for decades, but they were properly shamed and told to yiff in hell for bringing that shit up outside their circles, so it wasn't really an issue. Nobody was showing up to their local Magic the Gathering tournament in a fursuit insisting that people validate their canine identity, and if they did they would've been rightfully told that they're making people uncomfortable and asked to leave. But for some goddamn reason when their fetish is being a woman instead of a dog, we're suddenly expected to play along with it instead of shunning them like the disgusting perverts they are. It's the same strain of autistic coomerism, but somehow it's okay for them to shove it in everyone's faces and represent their companies wearing their fetish gear.

It's all so fucking tiresome. I just want to enjoy my nerdy shit without cosigning whatever freaky shit people get off to. And it makes me sad because I know most of these dudes aren't real transsexuals, they're just AGP spergs who've confused their fetish for an identity. Well, I think everyone wants to be part of an important historical movement like women's suffrage or black rights but we have sort of covered everything important. We don't have anything really to fight for anymore, in terms of civil rights... so I think people are just making shit up now. Gay people are fine now, they can get married, they are as accepted as they will ever be. And trans people are mentally ill and have nothing to do with LGB rights. Transition is gay conversion therapy at best, sterilization and mutilation of the mentally ill at worst.

Good intentions truly do pave the roads to hell.

Its still crazy to me how obsessed both parties are with this tiny group of people, especially the left.I remember in San Francisco where the government launched a new guaranteed income program for trans people in the city, and saw a study where there were only around 50 trans people in the entire city of 808,437 people.I thought to myself"This is the major concern of the government?"Mass homeless problem along with other issues but gotta help the 55 trans people in the city.Sometimes i'm convinced that the left believes that because there's so many trans people online that they get duped into believing there a lot trans people in real life than there really are.Then again this is the modern left where they're obsessed with what minorities want over what the major wants.

Not only that but there's also a need to be special and unique from others.Some gay guy i watch on youtube was pointing out the gender crazy teenagers online who legit have nothing going on with their lives, and have to create new genders to feel special and oppressed.One woman in his video made up a gender called trigender(because someone identifying as male,female, and nonbinary)and claiming how she gets discriminated online by trolls for saying her identity isn't valid.People are desperate to be oppressed.
