From what I have seen of Nick, he seems to be a very shallow person who is able to understand and somewhat articulate that he 'does not like something', but much less capable at clearly stating why or coming up with a cogent rebuttal. Nick seems incapable of that, and further, he appears to lack any solid principled defence of his own actions and opinions. This by @Himedall All-seeing Waifu is one of the most accurate points made when it comes to Nick and when he "doesn't like something." 100% correct... if he doesn't like something, he can never come up with a valid reason or rebuttal. Case in point with "jury analysis" to which he burned a bridge not only with The Behavior Panel, but he also burned a bridge with The DUI Guy (Larry) and James From Court in one of the most astounding public displays I've ever seen.

For context, this was Nick going off on DUI Guy and James from Court when they were in South Carolina covering the Alex Murdough trial. I watched this live and my jaw hit the floor. You can see in Good Lawgic's reaction, Kurt, Sean... they all feel/look very uncomfortable because they all have a good relationship with DUI Guy and they all had him on their own shows to discuss the Murdough trial.

There's a way of saying something, and there's a way of saying something. As per @Himedall All-seeing Waifu's comment, he really doesn't offer up a good defense as to WHY he's against "jury analysis"... only that he finds it "retarded." Because you know, retarded is a good enough reason, right?

DUI Guy responded in the classiest way you could respond to Nick, trying not to completely torch the rest of the bridge Nick already burned. DUI Guy offers up a rebuttal to Nick that literally makes it known that DUI Guy actually is a trial attorney. DUI Guy actually has jury trials weekly unlike Nick who's probably never seen a jury in person let alone a court room.

It got me thinking of all the bridges Nick's burned with notable channels. While I could list them all, it shows the man has zero regard for keeping and maintaining relationships... which is why him going to the Rumble event was almost laughable. But back to Himedall's point, the fact that he can't put up a defense for why he doesn't like something only proves he doesn't like it for one reason:

Kayla’s most recent pinning activity comes from 7 months ago, to the boards “tattoos” and “yummy food.” This is what convinced me it was Kayla’s profile in the first place.

Having never seen this clip before, his whole bullshit about how "Null doesn't understand human interactions!" is becoming more of an obvious projection. He admits that watching and observing the behavior of people at the trial is important, but NOT the jurors who may decide the trials? The gallery matters more? Utter nonsense.

"The jury leaned in during the financial testimony: Tell me what that means without bias!" Bruh, he doesn't get it at all. The point is that jurors are biased agents. The goal is to identify and interpret the manifestations of the biases of those jurors in their mannerisms. If one of them is actively pantomiming in mockery of Amber Heard, that's very noteworthy and some people spectating the trial may not have noticed it. Even if they did notice it, you could make quality content out of pointing it out to them. He's only shooting himself in the foot.

It sounds more like Nick is bad at jury analysis, so he trashes the entire concept itself even though the way he's trashing it applies back to how he interprets the behavior and mannerisms of others in the same trials like the people in the gallery, the witnesses, the attorneys, etc. His ultimate thesis seems to be "you can't accurately interpret the mannerisms of people you don't know," even though he knows NONE of the people at these trials.

I think there's always gonna be a divide between Farmers who think Vic never stood a chance, and those who think he did but that Ty royally fucked everything up. Over time though, I think the latter group might be outnumbered by the fromer as the people who were balls deep in Weebwars cycle off the site and the institutional knowledge of went on in that case fades into the background. The issue here is that Nick referred Vic to Ty. After the case went completely pear shaped, Nick backpedaled on how well he knew Ty (see Pepsiman clip below). Nick also profited handsomely from superchat and other revenue covering the case, whereas Vic might end up deep in debt.

Deservedly or not, none of this is a particularly good look for Nick and has led to a lot of speculation. It certainly hasn't helped his reputation at large. He could very well be pegged not as the guy who tried to save Vic, but rather guy who helped ruin Vic financially. Even if it were done inadvertently.

Like I said, he might get shit for it in the near future and sperg out, depending on how high the bill is. I guess we'll see.

I remember finding, but not sharing, this back when I was looking into all their socials (after finding Drex's). But since I have zero knowledge of Pinterest I couldn't discern anything of value from it. I did cross check her follow/following lists and it absolutely is Our Wife's account, there were several known relatives in those lists. I think there was even a Nick Rekieta account following her, but Nick's account had nothing on it.

EDIT: My mistake, apparently Nick's account doesn't follow her, idk why I remember him doing so. Still, she has family on her side (the Woltjers) in both lists to confirm it being hers.

Nick is indeed shallow, so it may follow that Nick's inarticulation is intentional since it doesn't give Nick's opposition anything to hold him accountable to. Nick largely focuses on his opinions over facts because he can disengage from criticism by either saying "this is just my opinion" or "you're just mad that I don't share your opinion".

Since everyone is entitled to their opinion on a given subject, it provides Nick with an opportunity to speak to anything without the accountability to facts or necessity of qualification on his part. Nick may then call the opposition names as well, but again, his assessment will be just his opinion and if they press him then Nick will frame it as "why do you care what I think?" or "why do you need my approval?" to stroke his own ego. This habitual means of discourse seems to be the foundation for his overconfidence in himself and why he looks down on others. Then, if Nick's opinion isn't well-received, he can always use the "it was a joke" defense.

Some of Nick's frustration comes from arguing his opinions as if they were fact. This tends to lead to frustration on both sides since Nick is too heavily invested in his (entitled) opinion to back down and any recognition of others opinions usually amounts to a dismissive "think what you want".

Also, Nick gets frustrated when people don't agree with him. PerceptionChek and Null are examples of individuals who have clearly demonstrated that they understand what Nick is saying and point to Nick's behavior and words as evidence for their position. Nick's constant lament/defense of "you can't change anyone's mind on anything" is most telling as to what he really wants. Nick doesn't want people to understand so much as he wants them to change.

Conversely, the frustration on the side of Nick's critics, or even well-intentioned friends, can stem from Nick arguing their facts as mere opinions.

Spoiler: Regarding "winning" on the Internet

Nick seems to accept the popular premise that he wins whenever he makes the opposition is mad. Accepting this premise means that, to not be a loser (let alone win), Nick has to never be mad and his haters always have to be mad. This factors into Nick's "I don't burn the bridge, THEY burn the bridge" which is similar to the objective of getting someone to block you so you can be the "winner". Unfortunately, this can lead to poor decision-making and profound emotional denial and repression (a.k.a. cope) as this adherence to the economy of hatred/madness seems to invariably both cultivate and aggravate mental illness.

Just doing things out of spite to induce hatred/madness in others is unhealthy. The result for Nick is that he can't afford to be honest with himself, let alone others, because then he would be an Internet loser. For examples, see how "not mad" Nick has been over the last year and how it has affected his behavior.

Keep in mind that anyone who accepts this premise puts themselves in a similar situation. Rather than pretending that being emotionally stunted is desirable, recommend instead practicing self-control in conjunction with being honest with one's emotions so they can be dealt with appropriately.
