Art style seems to match up. The game in question is called "No-good Noelle" created by Nemlei, the same creator of Coffin of Andy and Leyley. Apparently made some other games too according to this reddit post. (A)

I have no doubt it's a woman who made it. Their understanding of the interpersonal dynamics of a codependent pair of people where one has a serious cluster B personality disorder is incredibly accurate. They either have the disorder, or they have a sibling with it. No one except someone in the mental health profession or someone who has actually had lived experience as/with a cluster B personality disorder could get it 100% correct down to the details. I honestly don't think I've seen a written example of a cluster B personality disorder depicted so accurately outside of a clinical text.

Manlybadasshero plays some of the worst shit, blasting it to an audience that's gotta mostly be kids. He also played that furry grooming game Changed. I prefer Alpha Beta Gamer, guy doesn't commentate and seems to filter the trash out.
