"Windsor" is a reference to United States v. Windsor, to save any fellow Bongs from having to look it up.
He's not going to win. This is judicial review, arguing that a public body has misread an Act of Parliament. He's not arguing that it's violating his rights, or that it's unfair, it's a narrow technical issue.
The Act in question is the Gender Recognition Act 2004. The court is trying to discern the intention of Parliament when it passed the Act... obviously an Act in 2004 can't have intended to recognize non-binary identities, because they hadn't been invented yet.

He's 80k short on the fundraiser that was initially 100k, but later was increased to 150k allegedly because of some extra legal fees. I wouldn't say he is loaded, quite the opposite. He is currently realizing what shit he is getting into. My prediction is that he went to some posh lawyers who immediately knew a fool and his money are soon parted. He is also attempting to get a permanent stay permit (he paid nearly 1000 pounds for fast-tracking it) and trying to get mortgage in the UK.
If that is the case tomorrow morning he will see two judges telling him to fuck off and read out the act for 150k pounds, that is going to be one hilarious lolsuit.
