I do not think its inherently bad to seek passionate volunteer work with the goal of transitioning the organization to one that has money, but organizations like that tend to have long term goals. A case could have been made a couple years ago in the wake of the 2016 election. In current year, I can only see this happening if something more memeable than Qanon comes out. Not that anyone on here's been able to figure out. Obviously they were talking about it somewhere, since that's what prompted Elliot to make the consent accident thread in the first place, but it seems like the whole drama's been wiped from the Internet.

There was speculation earlier in the thread that the victim might have deleted everything because they didn't want to risk Elliot trying to punish them in some way for speaking out. Which probably isn't an entirely irrational concern, seeing how vindictive he's been toward Josh.
