A "full and frank disclosure of the facts" requires disclosing any possible defences which the applicant is aware might be used.

There is no doubt that LFJ was fully aware that some of the statements at issue were made in response to his own social media statements, putting truth/justification on the table as defences - statements he made before he came to our attention and which he removed/hid when they were posted in this thread. I wonder if that was disclosed when the freezing order was sought.

And I don't believe for one second that he couldn't toss someone - a dear, valued person, no less - $10,000 at a bare minimum without even noticing: Liz is and always has been single. Liz worked at Google for important years. Liz is currently fully employed and appears to spend a fair amount of time in the good seats on business trips. Liz clearly does not have a large clothing expense (maybe fursuits and bee pajamas cost more than I knew). Liz is not working solely for RSUs.

But even if Liz were actually cash-poor, Liz certainly has access to immense lines of credit to access cash for a friend. Or bite the tiny bullet and doing an early 401k withdrawal; where there's a will, there's a way.

Plus, cash will be coming soon, right? Spend $150k to make $595k ($445k + attorneys' fees, iirc) is a nice return. How much of the $445k will Lorelei be getting, Liz?

Or here's another thought: Liz could get Lorelei an actual job at Honeycomb.io. Surely someone so talented could provide immense, legitimately compensable value.

The ABN is owned by Flow Chemical. That's a matter of public record which anyone can verify by using ABN lookup. ABNs are allocated by the Australian Taxation Office.

Flow Chemical is listed as the registrant for the domain.

There is no way that LFJ hasn't purchased the ASIC records for Flow Chemical. There have been no changes since it was formed and if Josh's name was anywhere near those records LFJ would be blasting it from the rooftop.

Even if LFJ was 100% right about Vincent being a front man for a company that actually belongs to Josh, LFJ has been open about his determination to attack KF and Josh through any and every means possible, including lawfare. That Flow Chemical was on his radar was known even before he launched this particular salvo

It wouldn't be fleeing. He has permanent residence here (as well as in Canada) and already spends much of the year here. Him having assets here when engaging in lawfare here also isn't the smartest idea in the world, though (although I'm pretty sure they're held by a trust).

I'm pretty sure he first reached out to Liz via a cold message, he did this to himself. Starving in one of the USA's highest rent cities while trying to figure out how to make ends meet as some kind of gay, retarded activist (without any help from his former boss) is the most fitting outcome for him I could possibly imagine.
 
So the entire freezing order thing was essentially a fat waste of time and money, since the IP range still ended up getting registered to Null?
Same for the lawsuit, since it's targeting someone who doesn't even have the power to pull the plug on the site?

He made a big deal of being LFJ's "executive assistant" although nothing suggests he's qualified for that role (or that LFJ needs an EA).

I recall him making a comment on social media a while back about LFJ and him having some "victory" and saying he'd provide details later that day. No details were provided and I suspect he was told to shut the fuck up about whatever it was (the freezing order?).

My perception is that he was hoping being somewhat adjacent to LFJ would create paid employment opportunities for him.

Two other comments:
1. If all he says about Null is true, then why does he fear an expensive lawsuit from him to the point of locking up all his capital? Surely ignorant foolish Null who can't stop losing will never bring a case that implicates the perfect and never criminal Liz Fong-Jones.
