i highly doubt jack is walking anywhere if he has the option to just use the scooter and even if he did try and walk he would most likely collapse after about 10 steps.

The thing is, everyone in this picture is going to eventually sit down in a single seat (jack likely needs two). Just like when he flew in to California just days ago and just like every flight he's ever been on. There are parts of the world where people on short range flights legit sit in the fucking aisles. Jack's life is like the inverse of the parable.
Instead of the prodigal son returning hungry and destitute as a result of his poor decisions, in the Jack Pack version the father drove his son away and as a result has been rendered crippled and bloated by his gluttony and sloth.

"Practicing" and "studying for the test" are euphemisms for unprotected sex explicitly with procreation in mind. It's a polite way to say that Jack Jr is creampieing Tammy Jr on the regular.

Just face it, if the two haven't had a kid at their most fertile and least shitty general health three years ago, they aren't going to now. And if Medium Tammy would have had a miscarriage, no way Jack would have had the tact to that offline.

I too, have found it extremely weird that Jack Jr and Tam Jr have been married three and a half years and no kids/pregnancy, especially considering the flavor of Christian they seem to be.
Now, there is an exceptionally slim chance they are simply waiting to have children until they are in a better ter position financially, but I simply cannot see either of them being this responsible.
Jack Jr. also doesnt strike me as the type to practice wrapping it up. Tam Jr may be on birth control, but again, this doesnt seem to make sense as their brand of Christianity, while not forbiding birth control, tends not to use it in married couples who have no kids at all yet.
The other thing I can think of, is that they all knew about her brain tumor health scare much sooner then when Jack announced it, and they held back on procreation until Tam Jr's health had improved.
The most logical answer is that Jack Jr. Is such a raging homosexual, he is just creaming poor Tam Jr's hershey hole and hoping GodJesus gives them a miracle butt baby
