Her bankruptcy trustee can close her file, in which case she no longer has bankruptcy protection and her creditors are once again free to take her to court for the money she owes.I remember after the bankruptcy information came out and she was back from the failed bankruptcy hearing, she used some 90 days fiance examples in front of Salad, saying the process can take "2 or 3" years anyway.
Now she changed to "never", but I don't think it's what she says to Salad.
Anyone knows if her bankruptcy will stay open forever if she does nothing about it?

I have no idea how long she'd need to be non-compliant before the bankruptcy trustee does that and creditors who took her to court would end up with judgements which are largely unenforceable at the moment. In many places judgements remain enforceable for years, but it's not like creditors know if your capacity to pay suddenly increases.
