I cant disprove the conversation took place but even if it did its a long wait and playing up his mental illness is not going to work out the way he thinks.

When I first read it I thought he was talking about the old place which isnt taking in new people. He didnt list the place hes talking about specifically.

Just for fun let's pretend his housing stories are really and he's about to get emergency housing with Cascadia, an organization that's full and has a 6+ month waiting list.

They will give him housing based on their availability, not his wants, and most of their housing is basically assisted living. He'd have to have wellness and medication checks, follow curfews, meet regularly with on-site mental health staff, and they'd take at least 1/3rd of his fuck-around money in rent.

He's apparently forgotten that in the past he's said he's turned down their housing for those reasons and they're going to make super special exceptions for such an exceptional individual. Or, he's stopped saying it on Facebook because his remaining friends stopped believing him and is now lying on his ebegging page to an audience potentially unaware of his history.

So he says hes getting housing that is jointly funded by all these organizations (Police Bureau? really?) He doesnt say it is at Cascadia but that its funded by Cascadia. Would any of these organizations even do this? Also if his housing is being funded then why does he need the YouCaring page?

Hes not saying that
The program is an umbrella all those groups support
These groups work together because getting at risk people off the streets is a good thing.
I doubt the police fund it but they do refer people to it.
His housing is funded but not completely, even if it was completely funded he still has bills and needs to eat.

Theres certain things phil lies about.
Its possible the meeting did not take place but the programme hes talking about exists and he is factually correct.
Maybe he googled it the same way i did or maybe it was actually discussed we dont know but it doesnt change the process hes described is correct.
 
Honestly, at this point, I don't see why Phil doesn't just say fuck it and actually get a job. I know he is an autistic fuck, but he has a filter to enough of an extent to work a quiet warehouse type job or be a cashier in some sleazy hipster shop that won't care about his ugliness and stupid tattoos.

But, like, this whole housing thing, SSDI and all the other shit he puts himself through seems a lot more difficult and time wasting than actually just working a job where he'd make more money. At this point, a job and normal paycheck would actually be easier than the dog and pony show that is his entire life, yet he is afraid to work because it is somehow seen as difficult...pretty sure his current situation is way worse on a person's mental and physical health than just about any job would be.

Will he ever give up the charade?

Phil doesnt want to give it up because hes to invested in the whole war femme thing.
Tweaker gave all this shut up because one day they worked it "this sucks and another winter will kill me".
Jordan gave it up because he worked out "this sucks, i want nice things, how can i get those without working".
With phil its a case of "this sucks, another winter could kill me but im not giving up because people on the internet may think ive given up on my principles".
Hes going to keep going until his last asspatter gives up.

Then again phil isnt homeless so i guess it doesnt really matter.

Because he thinks it's beneath him to do so, and don't forget despite being homeless he's in really really terrible physical shape, I'm not even talking about him being covered in those tattoos this is a man who get's out of breath walking at a leisurely pace, and can't lift anything for a prolonged period of time any job he is mentally equipped for he's physically unable to do and any job he'd like to do he's mentally unequipped to do, he's stuck in a catch 22 situation in that regard.

Don't get me wrong he's fully capable of working and in the past has but he's not suited to a work place that would take him or not care about what he looks like.

That would requier effort and improvement on his part, his SSDI is the most money he's ever had with the most free time he's ever had and he has very low standards of what classifies as "comfort" so as long as he can fill his belly, get a new notebook and felt tip pens, and a new bit of ink every month he's more than happy, as for his housing he's not as homeless as he makes out he is he spends a few nights outside no doubt but 80 - 90% of the time he manages to get a place to crash be it couch surfing, a equipped squat or a asspatter that willing to put up with him for a night or two he's normaly got a roof over his head.

He's starting to get fed up with that lifestyle though an does want a place to live but the current crap is nearly all lie's, as @MMX said these programs do exist but he's only been told about them or googled them and he's not on any waiting lists for housing Myself, @Smutley and @MMX disproved that a while ago and caused some serious salt, also the shelters he claims he goes to are either closed (old info again), or only take people of certain ages or groups non of which Phil as a 31 year old white male fall's into.

That's what has always got me about Phil he cares so much about his image yet it's so fake and shitty you'd think he'd drop it like a hot rock, but nope he always goes the other direction an doubles down.

I have a tiny bit of sympathy for phil here.
Its like a weeaboo giving up anime or a table top gamer giving up the hobby because they need to be seen as "growing up" and stop "spending their money on shit".
Even minor shit can be a major part of a persons indentity and its rare that people can balance the need to give up childish things with becoming a responsible adult.
Phil has the mental age of a teenager and all this war femme shit is his acting out. Without it hes just some random fat tard. He has literally nothing else, his "friends" only really see him as "token oppressed friend", he has no skills, no training and hes reached a point were hes to covered in hate scrawl and has fucked up so much its nearly impossible to go back.

HOWEVER
Phils hobby will kill him eventually if he keeps indulging it. Hes running out of places to crash and its just a matter of time till he has one long winter or one untreated infection to many.

This is where some decent mental health support could really help Phil. Supported housing would be the best thing for him right now, but it remains to be seen if he's smart enough (as if) to really seek it out. The siren call of the homeless warfemme lifestyle might be too much for our daft spud to resist. There's no shame in growing up and keeping your ass alive and healthy, but Phil's not smart enough to work that out. He's roleplayed his whole life, it's all he has. Giving it up now is going to be really difficult. It's pretty pathetic really.

I think people now don't actually give a damn if he carries on fucking up. He's such a nasty, negative, selfish person to everyone he crosses paths with, it's effectively killed any last scrap of human concern people have. He can reap what he's sown, no-one cares. His roleplay has transformed him into the stereotypical mentally ill middle-aged tramp that everyone ignores and avoids. No amount of reeeeeeeeeeeeeeing that he's a pretty goth teenaged princess will change that. Playtime is over. Now all that remains to be seen is how long it takes Phil to realise it.

Thats the real "tragedy" in this.
Phil doesnt grow or mature.
His mind set is exactly the same as it was years ago and wont change without a massive intervention such as hospitalisation or actual real violence inflicted on his person.
In his head hes the same person hes always been, hes no older, hes healthy, thin and definitely a pretty latinx teenager, like CWC he doesnt understand what he really looks like and he honestly thinks aspects of his life are something we envy. The idea hes a fat white guy, a laughing stock within his areas community (at the very least) and all round awful person seldom if ever enters his head.
His entire life is an echo chamber for delusions and rather than encourage phil to change, stop living rough and get help fuck wits like John Langely encourage him to keep it up.
