I don't get why being circumcised makes you filthy; it's supposed to help with hygiene last I checked. Same with the not eating pork due to parasites/religion.
 
Whom the average christian desperately sought after on Christian sabbaths or if they needed a loan because they didn't have any rules against working on Sunday or on usury. So subhuman they were a needed fixture in quite a few areas.
