But they also have to be very concerned about two young grandchildren that JF has custody of. JF can make sure they never see those kids if he is displeased by anything they say or do in the media. What? Not a single word of his 'alibi' makes the slightest bit of sense. He's contradicted himself, made blatantly incriminating statements about such things as making sure he gets himself on camera so he doesn't get accused of murder (which literally only a person planning to kill someone would ever consider an issue), has changed his story and keeps incriminating himself more and more, while talking exactly like a guilty person does. Hell he doesn't even have an alibi. An alibi implies you did something or were somewhere that prevented you from being able to carry out the crime. He doesn't have that in the slightest. He's admitted he doesn't have that. Either he did something to her at home, dropped her off to go die in the woods (which is also explicitly not an alibi either and he'll still get prosecuted for it) or he did that and then went and picked her back up afterwards to do something to her. If he had an alibi he wouldn't be treated as a suspect anymore by the RCMP, yet they have people watching him and are treating him as their prime suspect

Except they're not. They're cooperating with police. There is nothing they can do beyond that at this point. The police have already put her name and picture out there. There are also no 'schizo trips' thats JF's nonsense talk. Everything she has said and done strongly imply she is NOT schizophrenic. If she were she would have been picked up by now and plenty of people would have remembered her because of her behavior. To say nothing of the fact the RCMP frequently tells families of missing persons to keep their mouths shut, especially if they believe the person is dead, until the investigation is over and they're ready to arrest someone

So far there has not been a single verified thing to remotely imply she ever left PEI. Everything so far strongly indicates she never did, including the way the police are handling the investigation and the fact they tipped their hand indicating they are working on and treating it as a criminal case they intend to prosecute. That means they believe she's dead and have a pretty good idea who did it. Guess who the only suspect is and who the cops have made a point of keeping a close eye on since this whole thing started
