I was initially suspicious of this thread due to a comment from him, which with a small edit sounds awfully similar to how this place and its users are characterized from the outside.

No wonder I am picky when it comes to anime. I may sound like a puritan here but I am gonna say it. Anime is filled with this gay ass pedophile culture that makes any other person who likes anime feel bad. I wanted Anime to be more like a traditional form of storytelling but it's littered with extreme pornography (especially lolicon) and I am so horrendously disturbed by this. I refuse to believe pornography should be protected under freedom of speech. Freedom of speech was put in place to give a person to call out or defend themselves against malicious people who pose a threat to them or others (as well as give us the freedom to say nigger and faggot). Not be abused to threaten the innocent. This may seem vague to you but American democracy would neglect the farms and protect obscene material (hence the farms being down on many instances). Obscene material is as low value as you can get. Thus why we call out pedophiles in the first place.
 
This feels like the modern equivalent to trying to summon a demon to curse your rival and it just calls you a faggot and kicks you in the nuts
