That basketball needle thing bothers me so much because it's so incredibly stupid. I know we talked about it pages and pages ago, but I just... he can't possibly know what a basketball needle actually is, can he? You'd be doing so much damage trying to get it to go through skin! My autism just can't get past this because he's not joking - or is he?

I always like to imagine it as some guy just tripping over and lightly grazing his knee and Pat waddling through the crowd with a basketball needle shouting "make way! i'm a medical professional!" only to start gouging into the mans leg like a deranged retard before the horrified onlookers have to physically drag him away from the now severely injured man.

I see Patrick as exactly the kind of person who would delay calling actual medical professionals to give himself the greater possibility he could claim he "saved a child's life". I really fucking doubt he performed CPR on two people; and the floss/sports ball needle thing? I don't know what retard he stole that story from but, you can just google what that needle looks like and see why that is impossible. Knowing Patrick, I would maybe see him kneeling down next to while someone else did all the work and calling that "performing CPR" but, I wonder if he was actually in charge of children's safety his priorities could be so fucking skewed I honestly would not trust him to have the children's safety as first priority.

The idea I would seriously doubt him having a child's safety as priority is a testimate to exactly why everyone who talks to him for 3+ minutes, hates him. He is genuine piece of human garbage and not to mention a piss-poor liar. There are many lolcows that are harmless or just jerks, Patrick is astonishingly unlikable and all by his own actions.

Oh wait, I thought he was going on about needle decompression or airway management. Sewing up a wound before getting to a hospital is really weird and probably wasting time outside of wilderness medicine and potentially some very advanced battlefield medicine I don't know about.
