It's insane to me that he writes more in his tweets per day than his stupid novels he's supposed to be writing.
I wonder if he just stopped writing because xeeting "no child, enjoy prison" replaced whatever dopamine rush he was getting from actually writing fiction.

Pat certainly will be an ideal medical student case study. He's healthy enough that he doesn't actually need treatment, and narcissistic enough that he'd probably allow prospective students to interview him "to get his side of the story out".

Dan says he has requested “everything they have” and b/c the application was against him, I think he’ll get whatever there is. The clerk told him “next week”. He doesn’t know whether there is a recording or not.
I played his Friday night NPS in the background earlier and it sounds like he’s pretty pissed about this application. It goes for 3 hours (I don’t recommend) but maybe listen to the last 5 minutes of it - we might actually be about to witness Total Retard War.

If I had to make an armchair guess? Oppositional Defiant Disorder is part of it. IIRC he's admitted he's been diagnosed with it. Combine that with Vulnerable Narcissism, and maybe some of the same personality defects that cause degenerate gambling,

Or, to try to explain it without all the quasi-psychological mumbo jumbo: he's extremely insecure, filled with anger, can't stand being told what to do, hates being criticized, and has an unquenchable impulse to keep doubling down on things to try to get his desire outcome. But his biggest problem is he lacks insight: he can't see himself without distortion, and doesn't understand what really motivates his actions.
 
One of these days someone will come up with the perfect way to imply that noted science fiction author and obese person Patrick S. Tomlinson is fat, and we will have to lock the thread because anything afterwards would be a disappointment.

This honestly explains a lot of rick's behaviour. if it was one person it may actually be a crime or smth, of course it obviously isnt so Dan will not enjoy prision, child
