How do you propose the cops know if the call they're responding to is to a streamers address?

They get a call from a fake voice saying "I heard yelling for a few hours then a loud pop then a lot of screaming oh god send help to 12345 whateverthefuck Ave" and then... what? Do you want the cops to make and then maintain a database of everyone that streams on the internet? Serious question.

Someone upstream explained how notes are attached to addresses in a police database. He even posted an audio of a cop on the way getting all those notes read out to him before he got there. Why do you think it wouldn’t work?

Typically the streamer will contact the station/sheriff and say "This is my address, I do internet things and sometimes internet people are lunatics. I currently have no plans to unalive my nonexistent girlfriend and if I did I definitely wouldn't call you guys confessing to it so if that happens please don't send ten guys to kick in my door and shoot my dog."
