When he messaged me immediately after my stream this time I just told him flat out that our conversations are not productive and I don't like his fucking attitude so there was nothing to be discussed.

It sounds to me as though he was trying to preemptively put the blame on you for not understanding the absurd request he's hinting at.
I believe he has something specific in mind and wanted to passive aggressively push you towards saying it for him so he could deny that he'd ever ask you to do something like that while also suggesting that it's maybe a good idea.
