Anyone feel like getting that off of Google docs? I'm not dumb enough to just let open someone that will immediately attach itself to my Google account.

I want to address this document that's been going around: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Oa86KCZpHAQQL7-97_J_QJl0yV5YNF1t-r9Xm0Q11QI/edit

I also want to say upfront: Do. Not. Harass. These. People. I'm 100% serious.

I personally believe these people were wronged and hurt. It's why we stopped associating with the people that hurt them. It's why Martin stopped. But we've literally never done anything to stop them from talking about the people who hurt them, nor did we ever "protect" those people.

1. As a company, we are legally liable for any statements that are made on our behalf. We have to be careful when talking about/affirming any accusations, or firing people because of rumors. There are always possible repercussions; that’s just the world we live in.

2. I CANNOT and will not speak on what happened with xthedarkone. From what I've heard from the parties involved, that issue has been long resolved.

3. From what I know, Martin dropped Psy and that friend group when he heard the accusations may be true, and to my knowledge, never associated with them again. Same with us. We initially heard rumors and I, admittedly, did get defensive, but that's because these accusations were coming from absolute strangers on Twitter and I’ve always been a bit of a defensive idiot when it comes to people attacking others I know out of nowhere. Otherwise, Martin, myself, and the rest of us completely removed myself from their whole group when I heard the accusations held water.

We never thought about making a public post about them because we barely knew them beyond brief moments of interaction due to them being in the friend sphere we used to roll in. Also, I've been raised *not* to make public theater out of this type of conflict.

4. As far as Christopher Niosi goes: By the time I had started to hear about his problems, he'd become a friend and a colleague. When I was made aware of his callout posts, he actually talked with me about them, and went over things he thought were true and false. (I genuinely could not tell you what was what at this point; I don't have the memory for it.) When we'd heard it from him, people in the inner-circle of the company did talk about it, to decide how to proceed. We made the decision to keep him on because we believed then-- and still believe now-- in personal growth and restorative justice.

However, as things progressed, it became apparent that I could not maintain my relationships– professional or personal– with Christopher Niosi, and such? We disassociated with him entirely.

The accusations of "TFS KNEW AND PROTECTED NIOSI" frustrate me, because I only knew some stories, filtered mostly through Niosi, and what I wanted was for my friend to get better. I'd seen his struggle at being a better person and believed in him. We made the mistake of continuing to associate with him, and that ultimately hurt us all, and those involved with us.

And as for Psy and Dave, like I said before, we never associated with them in any significant manner, and when things came to light about them? We did not hesitate to disassociate with them.

But like I said before, making a public post about it never sat right with us. Especially when a majority of our friends, family, peers/fellow industry professionals, legal counsel, and therapists said: Do not make a post about it, it won't be productive. Remove them, and move on.

We disassociated with these people personally and professionally. To my knowledge, I never lifted a single finger to silence anyone talking about them publicly. A single exception being that I remember snapping at one person who tried to spread rumors about us specifically, but that's the extent of it, as far as I can recall..

We never told anyone on the team not to talk about anything that happened. We collectively decided: Bringing it up would be more about being performative to the public in having committed to do the right thing, instead of just doing the right thing and moving forward.

We never lied about Niosi or Psy. We never helped them get work in the industry by obfuscating the facts. We never threatened or intimidated anyone to not say anything.

(As an aside, regarding the rumors about Vic over several years: It was never our place to speak on other people’s experiences with the man. We never had any proof, only hearsay from others.)

We’re not going to disassociate with Martin because he fucked by up having shitty friends when he was younger, just like we did. Just like many of us do. Martin is a good person, with a kind heart, who has been through hell and back just trying to make due.

We are not going to contribute to public spectacle whenever one of our friends and/or colleagues does something wrong, because we don't believe that’s productive. Similarly, we made the decision to disassociate with these people based off our own moral framework, not because of public demand.

Regardless, we do still believe these people were hurt, and we are truly sorry for that.

Please take care.

I have no idea what's going here. Fuck I dont even know all the details about the Vic thing but my feelings can be summed up like this

Except for Little Kuriboh. He needs to live to finish Yu Gi Oh Abridged.

To be fair, I think it was Lani that said he didn't want to do Bojack, but at least he cited "We just couldn't think of any good jokes to use with the material the movie provided".
I can't even blame them for that. Aside from the part where Goku ignores the fact that he's dead to save Gohan, it's a pretty forgettable film. Only thing I can think that they'd do is make the super-obvious Bojack Horseman jokes that'd surely feel super shoehorned in.

ah yeah! it was at the time all of them we're super depressed because they watched too much bojack horseman..... That's no joke, Taka was re-posting a lot of Bojack Horseman videos and kept going on about how relatable he is.

You know, when I first heard about that, I thought TFS was going to do a Bojack Horseman film. Shows you how much I know about DBZ.

Genuinely didn't even know that. Equating Bojack to another popular character named Bojack just seemed like a thing they couldn't resist doing.

Vic never had anything stick to him and Niosi was at worst a bad boyfriend (who still works at Nintendo, btw) so what do you have on LK of all people? There isn't any single incident being talked about even, it's just vague "skeletons in the closet" bullshit.
Nothing, he has nothing on LK, besides "He knew and didn't say anything". Same with TFS. That's it, it's just accusations that they're awful people.

The funny thing is if Kaiser had just told everyone to ignore this, they probably would have been fine. But admitting that Niosi was a friend who apparently explained things to him may have just dropped some blood in the ocean.

Yeah, that's the one thing you don't do with these people. Anybody who stands up and starts that kind of shit is your enemy and you never give out details to the enemy. He should have just said they cut Niosi off and that's that.
