His body probably feels terrible. All he does is drink, smoke and put grease into it. Plus he has those big $20 worn out Wal-mart boots that have given him a chronic rash for years. Every step he takes probably hurts.

That's probably one of the reasons he drinks so heavily, he doesn't feel his body collapsing when he's drunk. And when he's sober, he can put feeling shit down to being hungover. Josh has a level of denial that borders on a superpower.
 

His ability to make a burger that doesn't look like a burger is astounding. It literally looks like what happens when you critically fail at a cooking mini game in a video game.

I have to wonder how he gets his food to look like that. It’s always so greasy and gross, like he rubbed it in the grease trap of a Popeye’s deep frier that hasn’t been cleaned in 3 months.

Tanis and Clint are definitly the kind of people to just believe that super processed vegetable oil is healthier than real butter, it was probably a staple for him growing up.
 
Margarine products used to be way cheaper than butter, so that probably factored in too.

My favorite is when he salts and butters his bacon before slathering on the crushed Doritos. Truly a culinary mastermind.

‘why do people watch him?’

I think he’s a fascinating piece of psychology and admitted retardation. Does the complete opposite of what you tell him, simply because you suggested it. Will have to ‘customise’ everything to point it’s absurd be bizarre. Will walk around like a crazy homeless man wearing a dog collar, crumpled hat, and clothes worn to the point they are a different colour than started. Yet will delete a stream because he failed a ‘challenge’ and thinks it makes him look bad.

Early viewers think he was an interesting goofball. Those from the ‘golden years’ saw him starting to go off the rails but he still was making good content. New fucks just wanna see him drink till he falls over, chokes on his vomit to death, or accidentally burns to death trying to cook shit before passing out
