That would be a pretty pathetic showing on Vic's part, considering Nick used his problems as a platform to grift money off of, recommended him a lawyer who was a personal friend with no experience in that field, and distracted said lawyer with show appearances that mostly involved stroking each other's dicks to the point that that lawyer ended up neglecting the most basic of legal procedures and ruining any chance for Vic's case to be heard on its merits.

He so far doesn't seem to want to hold it against him (which to be fair is on brand for the guy), though whether or not that changes on account of his appeals being denied and Nick entering his downward spiral into madness remains to be seen. After all both happened well after Matsuri '22. Per all reports Vic and Nick were both perfectly friendly at the former.

SimilarWeb's metrics come, largely, from search engine performance. When the Kiwi Farms is bombed on SEO due to manual adjustments from Google, it makes it look like we've fallen off, when reality is different. Investor reports are sworn under penalty of perjury and accusing them of lying without evidence is probably, actually defamatory - especially if investors pull out over the statement.

Rumble probably should have not jumped straight to legal complaints.

Regardless of how it's done, Rumble's video view stats don't line up with their corresponding engagement, which was the point. But the difference is huge.

Also Rumble is retarded for their stupid "every time you post live, add a new key" bullshit. Given that level of idiocy, I wouldn't be surprised to find out it's just a multiplier, but I'm more inclined to believe they're fudging the books in a more opaque manner on the back end.

It will be insightful to see what happens to Rackets wrt Rumble and if he's re-signed to Rumble. Perhaps more insightful if not, as we will see how he does on youtube (until he's banned). At least that will be an apples to apples comparison.

I will say that LOCALS code is updating to be better optimised, and if they are putting in the same kind of effort on Rumble, is should be getting better. I could believe that the inflated views are stupid coding issues they have not fixed, but I also see the benefit to the business by inflation.

I noticed that when they are fucking with it and pushing out an update to the code, the site runs janky, and Panoptes crashes and fails to load pages occasionally. It has run like shite for the last 3 days, and the full update to the code finished today. Funnily enough, when it finished, they streamlined the HTML, and I was able to update the code. I think it will now grab ALL live chats--even the hot-tub streams--but I will have to wait and see.
