And I'm certainly no legal kiwi - let alone a youtube lawyer - but to me it seems like you're right, overall.

However. My point is that while you may eventually be cleared of all charges in the end, or that such 1st Amendment issues make even bringing such charges an impossibility, the process of the investigation would be punishment enough.
 
Seems kinda odd the feds are requesting the information of humble Mango Ranchers but are ignoring all the pedos and child predators we talk about here. 🤔

Yeah. I also looked back through the thread history. I guess you are talking about it being a warrant canary. The thing about that is that there can be a warrant that can prohibit you from disclosing that there is a warrant. My point is that there should be a general canary including warrants that could disappear if something serious is going on that you are prohibited from talking about. The thing about taking the canary into the coal mine is that you do it regularly and if the canary dies you bail.

yes. all of that information is in the canary. i'd suggest reading it.
 
I know Josh has been busy dealing with a lot of shit but the lack of a canary after so long is making me very anxious given recent events. I really hope KF isn't compromised already.
 
Since the kf git where the canary was posted has been offline for almost five months and Null hasn't updated the link at the bottom of the page to point to anything else, it really gets the ol' noggin joggin at times...

Like clockwork, every few months, someone posts an “I wonder…” statement, without reading the thread, because idk, six whole pages? Benefit of the doubt says they don’t comprehend warrant canaries. It seemd he would release a monthly report on whats going on. I wondered what happend to those reports, that's why I, and probably others, asked. If you had read the statements Null made you might have noticed that they are more then warrant canaries, retard.
