Just from the digging I've done I would say absolutely no to a thread as it would probably be the closest he's come to relevance in years. The most interesting thing I found was how he went from looking kind of like Idubbz to kind of like PPP. The persistence is really the only indicator of potential. Even then he's such a failure he has to have another source of income to fatten up like that. It's less-funny when it's just a hobby he's not very good at. Maybe languishing in obscurity while sneeding in a cellar for a few years will help this calf mature into a lolcow.

They do. But IMO Nick is not anywhere near getting hit with that yet. They tend to give people substantial leeway in their conduct outside the activity of the profession, but less when the are acting within their professional role. Nick was acting as an attorney when made the comments about another attorney in the same case which is more problematic.
Beyond the just bringing the profession into disrepute, there are also rules that put certain language out of bounds for reasons of hate speech.
Attacking the ethics organization itself is a grey area and they could come down on him for that alone. His calling the OLPR "retards" and attacking them in public comments could be taken as bringing the profession into disrepute.

I think Nick will get a warning to stop doing it. And they will be as horrible to him through the whole process as they can be. They are also likely to keep the investigation open a very long time waiting for Nick to make a fatal mistake.

Nick may not eat with his wife and kids too often so instead he eats with the camera. This is partially why I find the silence deafening in those videos (and the kitchen acoustics don't help). Nick is very alone, and not by accident.

If his audience has supplanted his actual family... well he could find himself in an embarrassing scenario like this (and with no "soulmate" to speak of):

According to Nick, a person only needs to listen to their spouse. If Nick wants to keep relational accountability to a minimum (and he does), he will have to do with fewer supports in life. It can be done if necessary, but only if Nick is a stable enough person to self-regulate. He clearly can't.

Nick already walked through what his response to the complaint was. He went point by point going through every rule Schneider accused him of breaking and responding to it. Some of it was just straight up wrong.

For instance, Nick claimed that he could not be accused of breaking rules that apply to actions in the course of representing a client because he wasn't representing a client and was in fact pro se. I'm pretty sure that's wrong from the jump and that lawyers acting pro se still have to abide by ethics rules, but he didn't even realize that he was also representing Rekieta Law LLC, which is an entity separate from Nick Rekieta as a person and should not be allowed to represent itself. Hopefully he revised his response by the 4th time he tried emailing it in.

He went even harder on the OLPR when they opened an investigation into his actions in October. So much so that the rant seems to have escaped attention here - it was clipped by Elissa and posted on her channel, but it got age-gated so you have to be logged in to see it.

Funnily enough, Nick has not (to my knowledge) disclosed whether that investigation has been closed or not. In January he said that the OLPR was not telling him whether or not they'd closed the investigation or not, but it's been over two months since then and I haven't seen any updates.

Oh my... If these people seethed when I started logging the chat, and now people taking their public photos enrages them, I cannot wait to see their reaction to the next 2 projects I have in the pipeline... First should drop this week if all goes to plan. Just finalising some back-ups to make sure no data is lost and all information is correct. In regards to Nick's Sinatra 'My Way' attitude, he never struck me as the stoic 'Man in the arena' or 'Invictus' sort of man. He is too... whingy... I think that Nick has (and has admittedly) been very lucky in falling into a lot of things. I also think that he has also been forced into moulds of expectation for much of his life. If you look at what little we know about his family and t's dynamics based on his early days, he was a weird nerd that put on the guise of a respectable Protestant man. It seems that he really resented this, and now he is breaking free into a midlife crisis.

If I had to guess, he was very repressed as a child, and he kept the secret degenerate side hidden very well, and it is that aspect of his character that is coming to the fore. He has never been able to say 'FU' to the people he wanted to, and when he got the first taste of freedom, he exploded into petulance. He now finds himself alienated and in deeper than he ever thought, and he is mad. He shifts the blame from himself to others, however, because if they got out of his way (like they should have his whole life) everything would be fine.

I'm not going to make fun of all those spergs upthread lecturing me about the US wasn't the UK, the OPLR is the actual gubmint and as such is protected by the constitution from regulating Nick's freeze peach. I'm just going to assume they all went to nigger schools and didn't learn to read well.

I think that the 1st amendment is a legitimate and proper defense in this case provided that he was not acting as a lawyer. Not in the legal profession, but the big issue I see is his pro se motion to extend would open him up to an ethics complaint since he did represent his law firm and himself (remember, you cannot pro se represent a company without a bar license). The question is, does that protection come back after he has stopped filing pro se motions? Is he still considered to acting as an attorney? Cause if yes to the latter he's undoubtedly fucked from his recent videos.

There's a difference between what you say in your professional capacity and your personal capacity in the US. Unfortunately some retards keep trying to blur that line. Sometimes that line is very blurred by the nature of that job so they don't say anything (Federal judges, teachers, clergymen, police, EMS, fire etc).

The real life equivalent would be going to Ukraine right now as an American and getting detained by the SBU for shit talking Ukraine like Coach Red Pill. Then when you end up in the interrogation room, instead of apologizing and asking to talk to your consulate you start screaming that Stalin didn't Holodomor hard enough so that glorious Putin and the Russians are going rape/murder the culture of Ukraine out of existence.
Could you still get released? Maybe, but you just made it so much less likely.

I don't know what Rumble was thinking. Maybe they got caught up in the social media discussion when Rekieta got banned and thought "we have to sign this guy!", maybe Barnes put in a good word.

But it looks like a disaster.

Rekieta looks like he still cares more about YT than Rumble. Rekieta semi-regularly brings up his YT sub count to whine. Just a couple days ago he whined about his sub count dropping and asked people on Rumble who use YT to go to his channel to check if they're subscribed. Uh, Nick, getting Rumble viewers to go to YouTube is the literal opposite of what Rumble is paying you to do.

He also either incorrectly described his contract or is just ignoring its terms. Nick claimed that he would be streaming only the first hour on YT under the deal and the rest will be Rumble exclusives. But if you go through the last couple night streams, you will find they go WAY over an hour on YT:
