He doesn't even have a thread although someone suggested him for one last year.I don't understand the point of this video at all. It's just some 800 subscriber andy shouting his completely misinformed take into the void.

Reminds me of GhettoASMR (white trash ASMR youtuber obsessed with finding a boyfriend-free girl, hilarity and rage ensues every time). He doesn't even have a thread although someone suggested him for one last year.

Just from the digging I've done I would say absolutely no to a thread as it would probably be the closest he's come to relevance in years. The most interesting thing I found was how he went from looking kind of like Idubbz to kind of like PPP. The persistence is really the only indicator of potential. Even then he's such a failure he has to have another source of income to fatten up like that. It's less-funny when it's just a hobby he's not very good at. Maybe languishing in obscurity while sneeding in a cellar for a few years will help this calf mature into a lolcow. He doesn't even have a thread although someone suggested him for one last year.
They do. But IMO Nick is not anywhere near getting hit with that yet. They tend to give people substantial leeway in their conduct outside the activity of the profession, but less when the are acting within their professional role. Nick was acting as an attorney when made the comments about another attorney in the same case which is more problematic.Does the US legal profession not have rules about 'bringing the profession into disrepute'. I'm pretty sure that most UK professions have such a rule. You're expected to maintain the highest standards of public behaviour, and that would cover your posts on social media.
Reading through the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct that covers lawyers, I don't see any such explicit obligation. I would have thought publicly airing a video in which you repeatedly call a colleague a cunt would definitely constitute unprofessional behaviour, yet I can't find anything that appears to explicitly makes behaviour like this sanctionable.
He's revolting looking enough but to see it chewing away like a rat while it lies is just disgusting. And why doe he keep making these stupid videos in his kitchen or whatever? It seems disrespectful. He can never be bothered doing anything in a serious or responsible way.
According to Nick, a person only needs to listen to their spouse. If Nick wants to keep relational accountability to a minimum (and he does), he will have to do with fewer supports in life. It can be done if necessary, but only if Nick is a stable enough person to self-regulate. He clearly can't.How many friends does Nick have IRL? How close is his family? To be honest, I feel a little bad. When he has problems, it is him am Kayla, but that is no way yo live life.
I cannot believe this fucking sped did it again.Yeah. This was really bold. Attacking the OLPR directly and directly calling them retards in a public statement is something many people would think twice about doing. As well, his decision to make a public defense of his actions that I suspect is going to be very different from his response sent to the OLPR is probably a bad idea.
He has also trapped himself into an aggressive all-out first amendment defense of his actions to the OLPR. I mean whatever he might say after this, he explained his position here in an absolutely clear way. He can't contradict what he said here and he can't take back what he said here.
Nick the Angry Drunk is an interesting new look for him. I hope he keeps it up because it promises all sorts of great content in future..
Nick already walked through what his response to the complaint was. He went point by point going through every rule Schneider accused him of breaking and responding to it. Some of it was just straight up wrong.Yeah. This was really bold. He went even harder on the OLPR when they opened an investigation into his actions in October. So much so that the rant seems to have escaped attention here - it was clipped by Elissa and posted on her channel, but it got age-gated so you have to be logged in to see it.I think Nick will get a warning to stop doing it. And they will be as horrible to him through the whole process as they can be. They are also likely to keep the investigation open a very long time waiting for Nick to make a fatal mistake.
From all i've ever seen; 1 and its drex. But is your bull also your friend? How many friends does Nick have IRL? How close is his family? To be honest, I feel a little bad. When he has problems, it is him am Kayla, but that is no way yo live life.
So, in OTHER MATTERS - this Xoomer (me) has sort of (not well) figured out how to clip...
Rekieta's received some info on his content and will be revising???? (Wait, does Rumble actually know what they're doing?)
Oh, hey, Nick, I thought you had this all covered by "being you".

Beyond the just bringing the profession into disrepute, there are also rules that put certain language out of bounds for reasons of hate speech.
Attacking the ethics organization itself is a grey area and they could come down on him for that alone. His calling the OLPR "retards" and attacking them in public comments could be taken as bringing the profession into disrepute.

No he's been ranting about Rekieta before the balldo I recall. I think personally he was an early fan of Nick, or worse a Spectre like orbiter. So, he is chasing clout and trying to gather Rekieta alogs as an audience to fleece them for his pulp book? When he starts advertising his books in his Rekieta Retardation video, then you know the grift is real.
Thank man. Love you but don't want Toxoplasmosis.Got you covered.
I think that the 1st amendment is a legitimate and proper defense in this case provided that he was not acting as a lawyer. Not in the legal profession, but the big issue I see is his pro se motion to extend would open him up to an ethics complaint since he did represent his law firm and himself (remember, you cannot pro se represent a company without a bar license). The question is, does that protection come back after he has stopped filing pro se motions? Is he still considered to acting as an attorney? Cause if yes to the latter he's undoubtedly fucked from his recent videos.Yeah. This was really bold. There's a difference between what you say in your professional capacity and your personal capacity in the US. Unfortunately some retards keep trying to blur that line. Sometimes that line is very blurred by the nature of that job so they don't say anything (Federal judges, teachers, clergymen, police, EMS, fire etc).Good grief, somebody who actually knows about this stuff? Thanks for the helpful and informative answer.
I'm not going to make fun of all those spergs upthread lecturing me about the US wasn't the UK, the OPLR is the actual gubmint and as such is protected by the constitution from regulating Nick's freeze peach. I'm just going to assume they all went to nigger schools and didn't learn to read well.
I don't know what Rumble was thinking. Maybe they got caught up in the social media discussion when Rekieta got banned and thought "we have to sign this guy!", maybe Barnes put in a good word. Now that Rumble has Crowder, and many other youtubers that are actually exhibiting some subscriber growth, the awkward conversations may have begun. I assume they're going to ramp up the conversations a lot in 6 months. Rumble likely has an inkling of how much of the annual crowd isn't renewing. They were all about giving their creators a lot of creative control, but now they have a failure on their hands.
You can see Rumble/Locals staff giving Nick Rekieta less attention in general. He used to have a fair amount of contact with the developers and his ideas sometimes got implemented. Now, not so much. He's been screaming for a "block" button in Locals chat forever.
I'm also guessing that Viva and Barnes may have been Nick's connection to Rumble (Barnes did some work for Rumble), and they may be regretting it at this point. They have now out-grown him on both Rumble and Youtube.
Please please do it! Do it a lot! And talk about it a lot! I’d love to see Federal Trafficking charges and perhaps RICO charges slapped on Nick and the entire Locals Harem. Some more interesting highlights from 'The Project'. These are from early November:
Also it stuttered a lot at the original file size while this streams smoothly. KF really doesn't have a fantastic cdn so it's best not to tax it too much.I ran it through a simple pass of ffmpeg (ffmpeg -i 4752225-c5a2e9a76c5a0b354e0acf0f842c53d4.mov outpu.mov) and now its only ~7MB.
Good idea, thanks for reminding me to unsub my main and socks.Just a couple days ago he whined about his sub count dropping and asked people on Rumble who use YT to go to his channel to check if they're subscribed.
That sure looks like deliberately cultivating connections to acquire federally controlled substances, not just over the Internet but literally in public. Much genius. So legal acumen! Some more interesting highlights from 'The Project'. These are from early November:
I think the line work needs to be a little shaker, like an ms paint drawing done on a laptop touchbad. Otherwise good job.No takers yet?
Alright, I'll give it a shot:
