I am quite sure the nuthouse let him go with the hope that his clearly rapidly declining mental state would lead to such aberrant public behaviour that his gangbanger neighbours take it upon themselves to deal with Tucson’s resident dogfucker.

Wouldn't be the first time the mental health system had neglected their duty to the public. Surely it can't be too difficult to lose a pedo in the desert?

Also, iirc, Tommy was paying people to either be his friend and/or was paying for “business expenses”or what-the-fuck-ever….sometimes even prepaying for things? And it seemed like Tommy was the only one in the partnership putting money into things? It seemed anyway….please correct me if I’m wrong, I didn’t follow the “business” side of things real closely…

It really seems like all Tommy’s “friends” are just a bunch of one-way relationships, monetarily speaking at least (let’s be real tho, we know it’s one-way, period,…..energetically, emotionally, monetarily, whatever….it’s Tommy who pays/loans/fronts to or for his “friends”…and it’s Tommy who fawns over them….there’s no genuine connection between them and the pendulum doesn’t swing both ways)…

An apt analogy would be….an E-thot that a simp has regularly paid for time and attention is not going to step in and cover said simp’s mortgage if he got behind, or give him free attention if he couldn’t pay…..it’s a one-way relationship. And a lack of respect as well, because the E-thot knows what the simp is and loathes his sorry ass, and feels no compunction taking his money because of it….

If you guessed that Tommy is the simp in that scenario, you would be correct…. He would probably claim to be the E-thot tho, because he’s such a pretty, pretty princess…..

It's a shame they couldn't set Tom's bail to something high enough for the need of a bailbondsman. He would inevitably miss his court date again and we could get the bounty hunter saga where they just wait for Tom next to the 7-11 or the Jack in the Box dumpster.

Tom's vision was for Real Things to be a platform something like Etsy but with lower fees.

He also had many other projects which he wanted to run under an umbrella and was looking for ways to get people to invest in that umbrella.

There's never really been anything resembling a "business side". While Tom often uses the language of business, in reality he is just LARPing. There are no partnerships.

Tom paid over 5k to the kenyan to be his friend. He paid a bunch more to him and a few others for packages that never showed up

I knew Tom was LARPing as a business man about a year ago when I asked him how he was associating costs with his stones. Not only could he not answer the question, he started pretending like none of it mattered. Then his "investment" scheme where he used stock terms for something that looked like a patreon contribution was the nail in the coffin. He has no fucking clue what he is doing on a basic business level

I mean if I made a bunch of unhinged posts about raping and murdering and dog fucking after I got out of the loony bin I probably wouldn’t show up for court either.

I can only assume they let him out because he was a danger to the rest of the patients and staff. Probably hoped he would just get smoked by the next cops that picked him up. It’s the only thing that makes sense. Nigger makes Chris Chan sound sane.
 
It taking this long for Tom to finally be going to jail is a tad disappointing, but hey, better late than never I guess.
