The same when he made a speech that could have been a part of one of these speeches about how it's easy to get a rush feeling power over someone else, especially someone smaller than you. He made references to therapy and changing perspective that made it very ambiguous as to what was his experience with abusive parents as a lawyer and his personal experiences. He was saying this in reference to one of his case file readings about an abusive parent. In retrospect, it made me wonder about his character a lot. I can't believe I shrugged it off to begin with.

So sincere fans who clip these channels unedited cause they like YouTuber likely wouldn't have fair use as a defense. Lots of what's on the kiwi farms should be fair use. Even when users don't edit clips or juxtapose various clips they are actively criticizing what's in the clips.
You know I do find it interesting that all the Locals members seem to only target the women clip channels like Elissa and Divinity. Nick even called out Pepsi Man by name on stream but he seems to escape their ire.
Yeah that is kind of interesting though it could be because Elissa and Divinity were part of the community and so they had to be addressed. Whereas with Pepsi Man he was an outsider as far as I know so maybe other than the rant which was just about Pepsi Man in the chat and didn't reference the channel maybe rackets feels like he should ignore the guy since his channel goes even harder than Elissa.
