I've suspected for a while that she gets fillers. The biggest barrier to getting those is price, and that's not really an issue for her.

And you can get hylauronic acid even cheaper than Botox or Juviderm. I think a lot more people are going with that now. I’m sure she avoids going to doctors as much as possible and the hylauron pen is something that can be done at a spa.

If she is going to a dermatologist then I wonder if they have ever expressed concern. Even if just in the context of her skin and scalp health. They are still doctors, after all. It seems like something she would avoid at all costs but you never know. Anorexia is a manifestation of insecurity (amongst other things) and her face is all she has left.

What I gathered from reading this is that fillers will wear off faster if you're an ana chan.

I have filler and when I got it done they told me it would start to metabolize after 2yrs. Though I don't remember which brand I got. I know it was hyaluronic acid.

Edit: the page I linked is about Botox but in my opinion I think that eugenias body would essentially "eat up" any filler she used relatively quickly. And her family could absolutely afford fillers often. When I got mine done it was ~1.2k for 1 syringe. This was in 2021 in socal. I'm no longer in socal so idk what the price would be elsewhere. Maybe someone with more medical knowledge will know how long it would take to metabolize in an ED patient. As I said, I'm a normal weight and they told me 2 years.

HA fillers last for  years.
This YouTube video discusses overfilling, and from 14:40 discusses that HA filler has been shown to remain up to 12yrs post injection, when patients were scanned in MRI.

The filler just migrates around your face rather that being absorbed, giving the impression that it has gone.

I've suspected this too because... Sure, she may have a particular natural face shape, but her cheeks, they're abnormally full when compared to her skeletal frame. If you can see a person's spine and ribcage clearly indented through the skin, there's just no way they'd have as full a face as Eugenia does, even if their salivary glands were severely inflamed from purging. But what's curious to me about all of that is... Like, wouldn't full cheeks kind of trigger her or whatever? I mean, you would think she'd like to have a face almost close to Ashley, all sunken in with the facial muscles exposed. Who, by the way, resembles a Draugr a la Skyrim. Tell me I'm wrong.

Here's an autistic tinfoil hat theory: Maybe Eugenia's catering to the fetish watchers in a sort of way by getting fillers, while also doing it to perhaps portray some weird illusion of health as a kind of defense against outsiders becoming concerned with Eugenia's health to a point where she'll be 5150'd again. It's hard to deny that she looks childlike: the way she dresses, the way she behaves, her likes and dislikes, and even the way she talks is all sort of childlike. If she had the sunken in cheeks of the Lich Queen, perhaps these suspicious ass people wouldn't find her to be as attractive. With all of that being said, I know next to nothing about botox or plastic surgery so it's probable I'm talking out of my ass.

Those clips of her dad are pretty weird though. The way she acts is kind of strange when he comes in, too. I hadn't seen those before.

Well, look at it this way: teenage anorexics don't have faces like Ashley, that only comes with age. So if she wants to try to appear like a teenage girl, fillers are a way to help with that.
