ODD? Almost certainly. He has had absolutely zero respect for any authority figure throughout his entire life, and is argumentative to the point of being beyond belief. He's shown a long and consistent pattern of it, from his childhood schoolteachers to the Milwaukee judge. "He would argue with a fencepost."

OCD? I've thought so for a long time. His pathological need to reply to every last message and get the last word in defies sanity. It goes well beyond "not letting the idiots win," it's very much as though he feels something terrible will happen if he doesn't do so. No matter how ridiculous or absurd the accusation or insinuation, he directly refutes it in literal terms and has a need to be the last one to speak, as if following a ritual that he can't resist. Multiple personality disorder? That one makes absolutely zero sense to me. I see absolutely no credible basis for believing that, other than intentionally provoking attention with a flashy label.

Are you sure you're not confusing ODD and conduct disorder? Granted it's been a while since college psychology classes and I'm far from an expert, but doing some preliminary reading I'm seeing that ODD is extremely comorbid with ADHD (40%) and is present in as many as 2-11% of kids. I don't think that at all matches what you're saying here, rotating in and out of the prison system.

Granted, I don't know who I'm talking to so you might be an expert for all I know and I'm absolutely speaking as a layman poking fun at fatty, but curious if you can elaborate a bit more.

There's a lot of overlap. But without extensive therapy ODD-like symptoms that progress into adulthood usually get worse as the person experiences increasing difficulty trying to function in society, then they are diagnosed as IED and/or anti-social personality disorder, which is often diagnosed by a prison psychiatrist (this is very common with kids who had a CD diagnosis as well).

I'm also not convinced that Pat has ADHD, he's just a retard. Like most lolcows, Pat seems to love the labels that have been slapped on him because it excuses his inability to function as an adult:

They typically have a fixation on society ('the man') bringing them down, and believe that they've been slapped with a convenient label or a nonsense diagnosis. As I said before, as long as you're a democrat Pat will happily accept you as an authority figure. That is not ODD.

I've never met him, but from his behavior on the internet I'd diagnose him with OCD and then most of the cluster-b personality disorders.
