This is weirdly common among troons. They seem to practice a single expression they'll adopt as a smile, and repeat it in every selfie. It's almost as it they're just pretending to be happy.
You seem to be right about the teeth. Fascinating range of angles and colors, none of which are the result of good dental hygiene.

Putting aside the vomity eggs, greasy bacon and burnt everything, the black nuggets at the top are a pudding made of oatmeal, suet and pork blood.
