This is a struggle question. Obviously we're up against a clock, but that aside. He certainly is a big ol' bottom and we all see him for what it is, but I think he might be experiencing whatever the reverse of autogynephilia would be.

I think we might find that it is implied that he is an MtF, but I doubt he will dress the part and he certainly won't get his pecker lopped off. He has too much pride in that.
