This was a joy to read but my favorite part is when the troon couldn't cut open a "harder then regular" water bottle (i-it was totally cause of the broken arm guys!), and then the real man did it immediately & the chick said "wow that's so manly". Definitely intentional and very based. As for the rest of the examples, it could just be tranny paranoia, but if the general population is anything like me, it's very likely they clocked her within 0.05 seconds of meeting her and are doing this on purpose to watch her slowly (quickly) break down

I am not sure how much is deliberate and how much is incompetence, but if it is deliberate, it's a clever way of quietly shuttering this bullshit. Close down the main clinic, vaguely promise some other ones, and then continue to stonewall (no pun intended) until the social contagion dies down. It's a shame nothing like that will work in the US.
