I actually didn't like this one. Their take on burgers needing to be pure beef is incorrect; meatloaf/meatball patties are completely viable options. In fact it's actually a very common method to stretch out beef quantities and when done correctly can make a complex tasting and rich burger on its own.
This would be like complaining about an Oklahoma Onion burger for not following the type exactly. Jack's biggest sin was knowingly cooking a burger "rare" when he put egg into it, not that he did this at all IMO.

Most lolcows don't escape into the outside world. These reaction videos seem to be mostly people who already did reaction videos who got constantly pestered by their fans to do Jack specifically.

They can be if you're using lower quality ingredients. It's a good way to use low quality beef. Just add some flavorings and maybe some onions and peppers to give it some texture and you're done. It can hide some of the off flavors you get from those. But if you're doing bison of all things you want to taste the meat and nothing else. That's why you bought it in the first place.
The patty shouldn't have anything but beef. Unless it's another kind of burger.
Best place for a burger around here they grind their own meat, it's a combination of brisket, chuck and sirloin, seasoned with salt & pepper only and cooked over real hardwood charcoal. Costs a lot more than McDonald's too but it's worth it.
